Construction work is not fun, but Teepee Remodeling makes it as pleasant of an experience as it can be. Arash was very diligent and he kept in contact throughout the process. He has very skilled crews and manages them well. They are professional and polite. My favorite part about all this is that Arash took a pause after each milestone and checked with us to make sure we are happy with the result and if not, he was willing to make changes. This was pretty awesome.

I had some work in my backyard including expansion of my patio and installing outdoor tiles, landscaping, replacing my busted backflow and some work inside my house such as bathroom remodeling, installing shelves inside my storage and some plumbing work. All were done beautifully. I couldn't be happier with the price and the final result. I definitely recommend this team.

They built my home 16 years ago and I am a very happy J. Patrick homeowner. I highly recommend them!

Warranty department was very responsive and was able to assist with service immediately. I also received many follow up phone calls as well which is very appreciative.

I purchased a J Patrick home several years ago and have had many compliments on its beauty! Their sales and construction staff is top notch.

They built a home for us and for the first few months we knew the plumbing was not working properly. They sent the contracted plumber and they couldn't find the problem.We finally found the 2x 4 that cracked the waterline. These homes aren't cheap. I expected more.

I bought my home from JPatricks 3 months ago. I had several issues. We had some communication problems in the beginning but all of the problems have been taken care of, after contacting with the right person.
I especially would like to thank the Warranty Manger, Steve.

We visited a JPH model home and were immediately wowed by their design, and thinking "we've got to have" the incredible master bathroom.
But we were much more hesitant about that community, and its location.
Sensing this, the salesperson kindly told us about a different community they also build in, even though she was not selling there - that may have been the most important factor of all. 2 years later, here we are in that second community. In a beautiful home, very well built, we got exactly what we wanted despite having to work with the JPH team "long distance." D. Berenger

The sales agent at model homes in Aliana i.e. Jerry Lange was real unprofessional and rude while working with us and because of his unprofessional behavior we had to rescind our offer and had to suffer all the effort been spent while chasing him to discuss with us the details about the property. I will never recommend J Patrick homes due to poor customer service and unprofessional behavior of their sales agents.

J. Patrick built our home in Jordan Ranch!! It was beautiful and they completed our project ahead of schedule. They have been amazing and we would use them again. We have had no issues with our home and we have recommended them to several of our friends.

My wife and I had a great experience working with J. Patrick. The purchasing process was made easy and the house was ready a head of schedule. My wife and I finally have a beautiful home for our family. Everything after more than a year is in very good shape.

I have built a few homes and by far J. Patrick was not only the best quality but best value as well. The level of the finished product is considerably higher quality than the other builders in my neighborhood, with immediate equity. One of the few home builders I recommend without hesitation.

So I’m not exactly sure which franchise this gentleman works for as he would not give me his name, but I was walking along after an appointment I had with a client in the neighborhood. He pulled over to tell me that he did not want my trashy company to put flyers on private residence houses. This gentleman was wearing the J Patrick homes uniform drove a yellow Jeep and was very rude when confronting me asking me not to put flyers up to advertise for my company that I work for I’m just doing my job and if he would’ve approached me nicely, we probably wouldn’t have had any issues. He decided to follow me around the neighborhood afterwards and his yellow Jeep like I didn’t see him. Now this is not anything to the company because I know their houses are very nice However, they’re building team very very rude and would not recommend working with them.

Oh wow where do I start from?!
Poor quality, poor workmanship, poor customer service, poor response time, no customer appreciation, etc.
I bought my home from JPatrick over 4 yrs ago. There were issues at closing. Fixtures did not match the cabinets, appliances used were cheap quality, floors on second floor were uneven, leakage issue in master bath which they did not fix after multiple tries. Problem was with out of sequence work. We called them multiple times to fix these issues and every time they did half hearted job.
Oh yes did I tell you that air conditioner temps. was uneven in upstair rooms? One room was very cold and other room was OK.
After 4 years, I dont remember most of the issues but I know one thing. I should have bought from their competitor's whose houses have a lot less problems.
I will never buy from JPatrick again. Never!
Stay away from them and spend your hard earned money somewhere else.
The only good thing was their sales person and I heard they fired her.

My wife and I have been living in our J. Patrick home for a little over a year and couldn’t be happier! We spent several years talking with realtors, researching builders, floor plans, neighborhoods, etc. as we looked to build our “forever” home. Based on multiple recommendations, reputation and flexibility to customize, we decided on J. Patrick. Lynn Lessing-Canales was our Sales Professional in Jordan Ranch and was incredibly helpful as we navigated the building process. She communicated regularly and kept us informed every step of the way. She took a personal interest in our build and was an advocate on our behalf on several occasions. From the day we signed the contract til closing day, Lynn went above and beyond to ensure that our home was everything we wanted it to be. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better! We can’t thank Lynn enough as she was the perfect person to help make our dream home become a reality. It’s everything we envisioned and more!

The warranty service provided by J Patrick Homes is a sham. Lack of communication, no acknowledgement and denial that the problem even exists is how they handle the home warranties. The home that I purchased has a serious drainage problem. It was reported to them multiple times over the course of one year. They are refusing to correct it, and have offered several excuses. After getting tired of non-correction, I got an expert opinion on how to correct this problem, and was advised that a French Drain would resolve the issue. First I was told that HOA doesn't allow to build French Drain on my street (which was an absolute lie). Next I was told that the problem was corrected earlier by building swales, and clearing debris. It was another lie as you require a homeowner's permission to do that. They agreed to build swales. I asked to speak to Area Manager and insisted that they build the French drain instead. The resolution I received is closure of the warranty ticket without any resolution. I would be very cautious in choosing this builder again or recommending it to my family and friends. Poor warranty service and follow up.

We were looking for a new home after I retired and had a recommendation from a friend to look at J. Patrick homes in Richmond TX. We were blown away by the floorplans they offered and the design consulting and also J. Patrick's pricing. Our house was built on time and has been the most rewarding purchase of my 69 years. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-end , well built, home - it would be to your advantage to visit a J. Patrick model where ever they are available. We receive compliments from everyone that visits our home. Thank you J. Patrick for being an excellent home builder.
