Umm, these guys suck. You should see the absolute garbage renovation job they did at a house I was going to rent. It was so bad, it had to be vacated immediately after move in. There were 43 issues I pointed out, 43! And these weren't just horrible painting and cosmetic failures (of which there were dozens) But no a.c. unit outside at all. None. Just wires hanging off the wall outside where the unit should be.
No hot water downstairs, broken garbage disposal, leaking kitchen sink on the other side due to old deteriorated seals, no electricity in the kitchen, bathroom fixtures not glued in that just fall out when you turn the tub faucet on. Shelves attached only to drywall ( not to wood that can support the weight) that collapsed and detached from the wall. No garage door opener at all, the front door is old and rusted out at the bottom , with a gap of 1.5 inches.... (you could slide a pizza box under the door, when the door is closed) Broken baseboards, seized up valves on the washing machine lines ( the valves were like 40 years old and clearly not functional) And I could go on and on... I am surprised to see they have such good reviews considering the absolute clown job they did on this place.

Your plumbing might be good I actually have no idea, but believe me you have a driver that is going to cause y’all a world of headaches because of his driving. He didn’t cut us off we had to slam the brakes on I-10 because he decided to run up in the opposite lane and move over while on top of us. As if that wasn’t bad enough he wanted to throw his hands up as if he wasn’t the person at fault. He was driving unit 33 traveling east between Seguin and Lulling. I hope you have a long talk with him because the roads are dangerous enough without acting like a complete fool.

Home Depot always has what I'm looking for!

Fantastic place. I love all Home Depo stores.

They have a lot of good products, but it was difficult to find help and when I did, the person didn’t know much. Better to look things up on google.

I am writing to extend our huge thanks to Greta (Ms. G as I heard people call her!) at the Houston, Brinkmann store. It would take too long to write how our carpet purchase initially went; suffice to say, not good. I had to return the first carpet we ordered as it should have not been sold to a person who has dogs and I clearly stated I had two dogs. Anyway, since my house was completely unloaded in anticipation of the installation... a HORRID mess, I was extraordinarily stressed and upset while at work. My husband went to the HD store and explained that we needed to select another carpet that day and get it ASAP and have it installed as our house was in shambles and we had out of town guests coming next week. Thank goodness, my husband was speaking with someone who cared and acted... Greta. She understood our situation and told him to bring me in when I got off of work and that she'd do all she could to help. That she did... and I was not pleasant when I got there. She seemed to know it wasn't directed at her and recognized my stress. Not only did she actually find the actual carpet I wanted (she said "what about this one?" after I'd been searching high and low and I said, Yes!), but she also called Mohawk and asked them to rush it. On top of that, she FOLLOWED UP with them and with me! That doesn't happen in customer service much anymore. I was so impressed. And guess what? She was successful because the carpet actually is in today and the installers can do the job Tuesday. Thank goodness for Greta. Also, she KNOWS her job. It's so clear that she knows the systems, the vendors and the people at the store around her and she leverages all to get the job done to satisfy the customer. My husband and I were impressed. So, I say promote her and give her a raise. She is the type of employee HD needs.

I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews for stores like this, but this time I felt like I truly had to.

I’ve visited this Home Depot a couple of times, and both times I had the pleasure of being helped by Martín, who works in the Garden department. Out of all the Home Depot locations I’ve been to across the United States, Martín has honestly been the most pleasant and genuinely helpful person I’ve encountered.

He doesn’t just assist you—he does it with such a kind attitude, patience, and professionalism that really stands out. His help is always clear, relevant, and efficient, but what truly makes the difference is how warm and approachable he is.

The only reason I’m writing this review is because of him. You can truly tell he’s a great human being, and that kind of energy makes a big impact on the customer experience.

Good place to buy home appliances

I tried to call the store on the number that they have posted and it's a wrong number and it sends me to delivery

Have never had a problem go there often.They beat lowes prices and have a wider selection

I went there to buy crates the only two they had or broken Robert from flooring was very helpful spent a very long time searching for the rest of the boxes but he never gave up on it and I so appreciated it. so some other lady was like I can't find them but you can go to another store and get them that is not good customer service you don't send someone to another location because you're too lazy to look thank you Robert for all your help!

How is someone supposed to get the material that high!! The reps says is management's and if they put it at the bottom they get in trouble. This is the only home depot we been to that is doing this. This is a hazard!
