Byron helped us with our free water test and it was extremely eye opening. The water here in the valley is horrible and now with my system the water is extremely clean and soft. (Byron was very friendly and funny, awesome guy)

Stay away from this company. They are horrible in answering phone calls, they tell you that they will be contacting you and never do. You have to be staying after them to answer you. Luis and Katherine were both in fault for not following thru an easy installation of water filters. They require you to pay in order for them to do the service but after that it seems is not of interest of them to go since you already have fully paid. Had to request a refund through my credit company since they never refunded my money. Absolutely don't trust this company.

Call Luis if you want a honest and reliable service. I have known Luis for several years. After I purchase my home. I asked him to come a and install my water treatmen. He and his team are awesome.
He makes sure that after many years if you see him again, you will feel happy to so so.

Terrible experience. Made an appointment after they called us We set the appointment and paid . After we never got the service (we gave a grace time for the holidays) Called multiple times front desk was very rude , finally got ahold of someone and asked for a refund said they would look into it never got a call back or our money back. Don’t let the positive reviews fool you , they “reward” for positive reviews you can look at the previous reviews.

I invested in this product however was extremely
disappointed. Initially communication is great but once you sign the contract it is the opposite. After a purchase a water softener system was installed, a leak occurred that resulted in damage to my home. I had multiple independent inspections completed, and based on those evaluations, it was determined that the system was not installed correctly and that the installation contributed to the damage.

I spoke directly with the owner, Luis, regarding the issue. During these conversations, commitments were made to inspect/replace the damage and follow-up service. Unfortunately, those commitments were not fulfilled. Appointments that were scheduled were missed without notice, and the promised follow-up and materials were never provided.

Despite multiple attempts to communicate and resolve the issue, responses became inconsistent and eventually stopped altogether. As a result, the damage caused by the water softener system was never repaired by the company.

This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, and this review is being shared so others are aware of what may occur if problems arise after installation.

They came and sprayed our tack room. They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. The quality was great work!

I got to this place by a recommendation. A friend of mine has a house that was built in the 70's but still nice and comfortable, even though it needed fixing a very hot attic and HVAC issues. I learned that this foam technology insulates from hot or cold weather and keeps polen and other allergens out.

I can't wait to see the difference this summer, can already tell how awesome the foam is with the cold winter weather we are having. The Service team was great to work with. On time, friendly, professional, clean and did a great job spraying. I would recommend over and over.

They came out and sprayed my attic, Christian did a great job, they were very quick and clean. I have seen a major improvement of air quality and temperature in my house. Kacee was very good with communication and made sure everything went according to plan.

If you are Spanish, they aren't willing to give help.

Bought the Ryobi 40V HP today and found out one of the accessories was already used before. This tool is 259$.

Rented a snake auger on 8/18/2025 (Contract #232062), and it was completely unusable. The machine was poorly maintained, barely worked, and left me struggling all night. I returned it on 8/19/2025, but I wasted $88.38, hours of my time, and endured unnecessary frustration. This is unacceptable for paying customers. I expect a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience. I’ve shared my experience with staff to prevent others from suffering the same issue. Equipment maintenance must be prioritized immediately.
