After reviewing TREC certifications and reviews we called Systemized Inspections (De'Andre). He gave us a no-hassle quote over the phone and after we agreed, he gave us a list of available dates/times. He also provided a rundown of what we should expect on the day of the inspection.

On the day of the inspection, he showed up at the scheduled time he had brought us a very informative inspection booklet. After a little friendly banter, he immediately got to work on the inspection. I promised to stay out of his way but wanted to be close enough to ask questions. He welcomed my questions and answered them very knowledgeably. He checked the house methodically and looked over the entire roof, and every wall, inside and out. He pointed out areas of concern (and these were also documented on his final report).

The entire experience was extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend De'Andre to anyone who is looking to have a house inspected.

DeAndre' did all of this during Houston's snow/freeze crisis 2021. At the last minute we asked him to reschedule with an earlier date during the weekend and he did so knowing the week ahead wasn't looking good. He lost power but kept in contact with us and made our report a priority when he didn't have to. The inspection process can be stressful but DeAndre' ensured that it was smooth and easy.
