Like an idiot I tried to fix a leaking outdoor water valve and broke it off with only about 1/2 an inch of copper sticking out against the siding. Keith showed up quickly after I called with this emergency and had it fixed about an hour later. Impressive skill required to pull this off and it was done with minimal damage to the siding. Would recommend to anybody.

I know this because he has done many different jobs for us over the years: replaced galvanized plumbing whole house with Pex, installed a new water heater, replaced a cracked sewer line, replaced toilets, capped a gas line that was not up to code, installed a new tub, and fixed multiple leaking spigots!

Keith and his guy are top notch. I had an issue with my sinks backing up when my washing machine was doing its cycle. I had another plumber come out before I found Flat Out. The previous plumber took 2 hours running a snake just to never find the issue.

Keith came in and within 30 minutes had the job done.
