I cannot begin to express how wonderful our experience was with Dura Pier from start to finish. When James came out to assess our home’s foundation, he clearly explained the immediate needs and thoroughly walked us through the Dura Pier system—highlighting how it differs from other foundation solutions on the market. His honesty and professionalism were immediately apparent. Even when we mentioned that we planned to get other opinions, James encouraged us, which only reinforced our trust in him and the company. Within a week, we called Dura Pier back to move forward with the project.

When the day came for the project to begin Johnny C and the crew were incredibly professional, polite, and respectful of our property—especially our landscaping. The team made sure we were well-informed every step of the way, clearly explaining what work was being done, where, and why.

One of the things that really stood out was their transparency and communication. They took the time to explain how foundation repairs might impact our flooring and offered helpful suggestions on how to handle those potential issues.

Justin Hollis and company did a thorough assessment on our foundation issues and pin point exactly on where repairs are needed. We had a great experience from start to finish. The company onsite workers were punctual, respectful and just really nice guys. The last day of the repair, they made sure that the foundation in each room were leveled. We had several companies come out for an estimate to repair our foundation issues. After careful consideration, we felt most comfortable and confident with Dura Pier for many reasons! Their pricing is very fair, a super solid solution overall and the support is top tier. We had the pleasure of working with James and he was outstanding! I'll be recommending them to our neighbors as we are in an older area. The results were incredible and they literally left everything exactly as it was when they got here, despite having to remove plants, drill concrete break outs and other major work. Great job!

Turnkey did a fantastic job remodeling a bathroom, updating cabinets and drawers and painting the interior and exterior of our home.The crew arrived on time every day and cleaned up the site before leaving in the evening. The crew was experienced, professional and worked well together. All work was completed when promised. The actual cost of the project was as quoted with no surprise charges. The quality of the finished project was excellent. We will definitely call on Turnkey for future home projects.

Bob Dimon the owner backed up his sales pitch.My house built in 1967 needed a remodel.Bob came in with great ideas and executed them perfectly.If I had an issue Bob took care of it.I couldn't be happer.I had all new doors put in.original kitchen had slow close drawers installed,pantry custom built shelves,new slow close doors hung.Had complete interior paint job.I had a door entry removed.Recessed lighting installed in 3 rooms.my 2 nieces recently had terrible experiences with contractors so I was nervous.The owner Bob came by several times to checkon project.finished the job right on time.Used his own crews.Highly recommend.

Broken promise. Guess my outdoor painting project was insignificant but it isn't to me or the structural integrity of my house. After agreement and my approval al I recieved were two re-schedules and a no show on the third. I gave up with severe disappointment. Too bad because the gentleman really seemed knowledgable, eager and reliable.

Bob is a great guy and cares for his customers. He's not trying to overprice his work. Just an honest guy with over 20+ years of experience!

Great job, done timely, fairly priced

My Mom has been wanting the Kitchen of her dreams for quite sometime. Finally on her 35th Anniversary, my Father and I were able to give her what she always wanted. Thanks to Bob and Turnkey Painting and Remodeling they made my mother and father extremely happy

This company did descent texturing work in my bathroom though it wasn't the texture I asked for. I asked for knockdown and got orange peel, whatever, it looks fine I didn't make a fuss. The workers had to repair damaged sheetrock and the sealer they had wasn't effective so they stopped and went to the store to get an oil based one. Well the part that lowers their rating to a 2 is they were supposed to come back and complete 2 other projects that was on my contract but they never came back and no one would respond to my text or voicemail.

I had them paint the interior of my house from baseboards to ceiling, install flooring, sheetrock repair. Now that its done I walk through and see the plug covers they didn't take off they have paint on them, the baseboards they missed, I am still scraping paint splatters off the floors, every time I mop I find more splatters. Roland came the first day and collected a check, I called and asked when he was coming back to check on their progress, there were 2 days when only 1 guy showed up to work. Roland showed up the last day to collect the final payment. I sent several punch list and it was at the last minute they were trying to complete, I asked several times when the sheetrock repair under the master vanity would be done and on the last day it still wasn't done. Roland asked if one of his guys could come on Saturday to fix. Maybe I expect too much but for 14,400.00 dollars I expect allot. I don't know that I would use them again. The guy who did my guest bath, laid the floor and the backsplash was fantastic, I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

The job we had done was to paint the inside and outside of our home and adjacent building. A huge scope of work that included the replacement of siding and some other repairs. Over the course of a project this large, there were some issues, but Turnkey made a significant effort to get the job done in a manner consistent with the quality they promised.

He was hired through a home warranty for a broken hot water heater my kids have been without hot water for a few days now leaving us to go through extreme measures to give them hot showers. We received a text claiming it was a 3 hour drive. However he did not show up at all. We even attempted to call with no answer…once the sun has set and the moon came out we gave up…don’t rely on this company.

We waited until 6 weeks after their work was completed to post this EXCEPTIONAL review!!! EXCEEDED our expectations! Had a kitchen updated: granite, cabinets, lighting, paint, tile...the works. You won't find a better value for this quality of work! Romero was the best painter, Sergio was the best cabinet maker & trim finisher you will ever find and Greg's crew did the plumbing, tile and lighting ----- Very special! My wife and I are delighted. We highly recommend Turnkey and will certainly use them again! Thanks Bob!

They Did a great job each time and clean up and pay attention to detail.

I am so grateful that we found Turnkey. We had two pipes burst from the freeze in Houston. When plumbers were at a premium, we were able to get Turnkey out very quickly to repair our damaged pipes. Then Turnkey came back out the following week to replace the sheetrock and paint our entire living space. Their plumbing crew and painting crew were both very professional, polite and punctual. All the work was completed to our satisfaction. Everyone we worked with at Turnkey provided excellent service and I would definitely recommend them for your next project.

He was also quick to honor the warranty on his work when we asked him to make a repair. We are very happy with the work they have done.

Turnkey Painting has done work for me for sometime. They painted my home, repaired and painted my pergola, and painted my fence and stucco wall. In each case they did a very professional job. They cleaned up, answered my calls, and did the touch up needed.
I would use Bob again. He is my go to guy. Angie is also the best. Very responsive. They are honest. His workers are very well trained and supervised.
