I have never experienced such poor customer service from a company until speaking with Johnny about the estimate done for my house. He cut me off, intimidated me, and yelled at me over the phone. He would ask me a question and then cut me off halfway through my answer because he “wasn’t going to let me tell him how they do their job.” I had a very minor repair needed done, less than 12 inches of downspout needed replacing, and they gave me a very high estimate of $300. No one told me on the phone when making this appointment that their minimum repair cost is $200. I felt that my time and their time had been wasted by coming out for this estimate and was frustrated that this could have been told to me before making an appointment. This is all I was trying to convey to Johnny yet he continued to yell at me over the phone. I eventually hung up on him because it was truly out of hand the way he was speaking to me. I hope you’re proud of yourself Johnny for yelling at women on the phone.

Getting a bathroom remodel done. It was to take 4- 6 days. Lasted for close to 2 weeks. Very poorly run operation. Did not purchase parts needed ahead of time. The one piece that was ordered ahead was to big to fit in the space . I would not use this company again.
