Roofchamps is a great company to do business with. Ken came to our home, inspected our roof and also communicated with our insurance company going over and beyond the call of duty. Ken explained the process thoroughly and was very professional and knowledgeable. We had many questions and Ken took the time to answer and explain them in detail. Work was done in a timely manner, my roof is beautiful and the cleanup was great. Overall job well done.

Our home required a complete overhaul due to the Feb '21 winter storm. Initially, the customer service was outstanding, with the company going above and beyond. The quality of our home has been exceptional, but once the extensive renovation of the house was done, it appears the company no longer cares about quality customer service. We are left in limbo on minor things that need to be completed while insurance checks clear the bank. The relationship started excellently, but as of today, my excitement has vanished because we cannot get the last few tasks completed or a response about missing items from items they stored for us. I wanted to use them for other small projects but now I can't wait for this to be over so we can cut ties.

😡 this company dnt deserve a star based on MY encounter I had with them.. There is not enough space under this google review we are limited to say what we went through. I won't be silence this company are lairs.. I'll make sure I get my story out.
Also you started at then end if August after the lawyers won the Statefarm case. Mitigation tore my dinning room walls, ceiling, my half bathroom walls and my wash room let be HONEST.
Edit: replying -Ok Mr. Ken, Tracey, or Tonya I’m not too sure which one replied. Let’s be very CLEAR AND HONEST what you’re NOT GOING TO DO IS LIE. I have so much proof, pictures, and text Msg I SAVED just in cause you ALL try to lie. My house is not to the RIGHT STANDARDS AT ALL. You brought up mitigation Statefarm paid that company so let’s be CLEAR that had nothing to do with your company it was before you came in the picture. I see why Statefarm tried to warn me non of you including Statefarm are to be trusted.You all received about 13k from Statefarm. Y'all connected me to a good lawyer from word of mouth they helped us get 20k we paid them half gave you 11k the rest of the money. We also had a loan for almost 4k we paid for yall too and I paid $500 cash for plumbing or whatever you ask us pay. Your contact said 28,871.42 and that’s what we paid.I trusted y'all so I THOUGHT.
Y'all did us just as bad at Statefarm, You all came in all good and godly but left us with holes in the wall, and half-fixed stuff, and even your CONTRACTORS gave us heads up(allegedly) on yall when we were going through it. You All came ONCE A MONTH AFTER YOU GOT OUR MONEY.. You All had Excuses after EXCUSES.

The shelves are falling in the cabinet, the half bathroom faucet is turned the side. Its so much y'all didn't fix/ half fixed and we have to pay the junk ppl to pick up the construction trash you left. We shouldn’t have to brush our teeth and wash or faces on the shower yall didn’t hook our sink up.

We tried to give this company time to right their wrong. Initially, we thought this company was good they seemed they they were for us and cared. They stuck around with us as we fought with State Farm. Just like the other review I read once they get the money the communication and everything change. Initially, we gave them a 10k down payment, and after fighting with Statefarm which was another 12k, we also had to get a loan which was 3k almost 4K as well with an additional $500 cash I had to pay for plumbing.
The remodel started at the end of August 2023 they didn’t finish until Feb 2024. Started Oct to Feb their guys came once a month it was always some kind of excuse. We always reached out to them they respond when they want. We couldn’t have Thanksgiving or Christmas in our home due to the issues they had either family but communication is the key. I’m embarrassed and upset about the aftermath of our situation the work is SLOPPY. I wanted the company to show me a contract for the work they did after a month of asking they still could not produce the docs. I have the original contract but a lot of work they didn’t do.

No way I should pay to have a junk truck come and they the things that were left behind like the old kitchen counter, toilet, doors, and debris from their worker. There’s way more I can say about this company. I don't recommend this company, still to this day they haven’t reached out to my husband. There are a lot of lies, excuses, and sloppy work from their contractors except for 1 guy who tried to help in the end.

I called the guys at Enterprise Renovation they took care of some water damage to my home. Dried my carpet, repaired and painted my walls. Price was affordable. Service excellent!

They were very professional, the team came on time and took care of the pipes that were damaged during the storm . I am very grateful for everything they accomplished on my house. I will definitely recommend them to anyone specially thru this time of need after the storm.

These guys are amazing! They renovated our home after a flood and were there the next day to get started. We had great communication the whole way throughout and they even finished early on our reno. Great prices and very reliable an quick. I reccomend them to everyone looking to renovate.

Just have to say if you are looking for a great company to come out and do repairs on your pipes, these guys are the ones your looking for!!! Had some issues due to the freeze , they were above and beyond in their work . Showed up on time and had my repairs done in a timely manner, pricing was right .

Where do I start! This was one of the worst nightmare's that came true.
We hired Enterprise Renovations aka(Mark Marciano) and his group of misfit's.
We were assured by Mark that the project would take two weeks,nothing further from the truth.
He sent us unqualified employees who damaged our home worst than Harvey had.
Thank God for his insurance company!!!
I wouldn't hire him, or his team of misfit's to remodel my dog house.
If you hire this contractor beware.

Buying and remodeling your first home can be one of the more stressful experiences as you want everything to be perfect. Even without a global pandemic, there are bound to be unexpected surprises. David and his crew exceeded expectations in quality and time of delivery. As David has told me, that I’m a bit of a perfectionist, but he never hesitated to come back and do additional work to make sure my expectations were met. Despite a global pandemic, David was able to get the apartment nearly complete and move-in ready a month ahead of schedule which really gave me comfort in a chaotic time. Would highly recommend

David at Enterprise Restoration just finished drying out a very wet carpet and the result could not have been better. It took awhile but he stayed with it until everything (Sheetrock ) were moisture free with no mold present.
The work was done very professionally and carefully with David coming almost daily to check the progress of the remediation. And he wore a mask, gloves and work boots at all times.
They hire only vaccinated employees FYI very impressed!!

I was referred to Enterprise Renovation from a friend. Leo had an extension done to her house to make her kitchen and livingroom bigger and completely up to date, and the work was flawless. So I knew whenI was ready to redo my master suite, I had to use them. I am glad I did! My bedroom and master bathroom are absolutely amazing, it looks like a photo from a magazine. The workers were very prompt and they were so accommodating to my schedule. They kept my house clean and the job was finished in just a few weeks. Already making plans for Unique to do my kitchen next!

NOT RECOMMENDED! - I've had a hard time finding a general contractor in Houston for a small remodeling project. I called these guys just to find out if they would take on a job as small as mine (I just wanted to redo my laundry room).

The receptionist made me explain over the phone, in detail, everything I wanted done, and then said someone would contact me with an estimate within 48 hours. A week later, I called up to find out why I hadn't heard from them. She told me at that point that they couldn't work with me until I sent them detailed plans from a professional architect. The most complicated thing in my project was installing a pocket door, which you can buy a kit for and find how-to videos about on youtube, so I'm not going to hire an architect for that. But even if I was, they should have called me to let me know.

I suggest you take your business to a company that respects potential customers more than this. I'm planning to add a second story to my house in a few years (and obviously I will be hiring an architect for that), and I will never be using this company again.
