We worked with Enterprise Miami on a nursery and bathroom addition in our Miami Beach home. Having had previous less than pleasant experiences with other contractors in the Miami Area, we were nervous diving into this project a few months before the arrival of our baby - but Mark and David were phenomenal to work with. They worked with us through several changes to our plans, were flexible as our needs changed and were always transparent about pricing and timelines. They also work really well with the city which can often be quite challenging, and the quality of their work is top notch. We hope to work with them for our remodeling needs in the future.

One of their contractors/employees displays horrible and erratic behavior when driving his company vehicle in Algood/Cookeville in the mornings. California tag 82722F4 and Atlas Field logo on the side. I see by the reviews they only employ people that cant drive though. Matches.

Another review for California plate 82722f4, dude drives like a maniac and almost caused 3 separate accidents in a 2 mile stretch of slow moving traffic. Truly skilled at being a godawful driver.

One of your drivers is seen on video intentionally crashing into a tesla. Do you plan on commenting on how you employ people that attempt murder on public roads?

Very unsafe
Employees in company vehicles have forced other cars off the road,causing themselves and others to crash on the interstate. Incident is captured on video form multiple angles.

The project manager for the Celina area treated me as if I had no understanding of property rights or utility easements. Without any easement agreement on record, they authorized the complete removal of two mature trees — trees that were there long before the Oncor lines were ever installed. They never contacted the homeowner at any point. The only “notice” they provided was having our tenants sign that they would be out of the house, which is not the same as obtaining permission from the actual property owner.
Their justification was that the trees were “obstructing” the line, yet every neighbor on the same street had their trees trimmed into a simple V‑shape and left standing. The inconsistency is unbelievable and shows a complete lack of standard practice.
To make matters worse, the tree crew (Sequoia Tree Expert LLC) arrived unannounced, and none of the workers — aside from two supervisors — spoke English, making communication impossible while they were cutting down trees on private property. The entire experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and handled with zero transparency or accountability.

Homeowners deserve far better than this.
