When I needed a survey done for a duplet. I called three companies. The owner Michael O'Dell at Texas Public Land Surveying LLC is the first one that responded my call and quote me the best price. There was another survey company call me back and quote a fairy close price but it was after Mr. O'Dell already done the survey. He will keep you inform during the whole process. My lawyer needed the special metes and bound, he did it with a reasonable price increase. It was a pleasure to work with Mike and he delivered what you ordered.
