It seems I'm not the only one that has crappy customer service, 3 months with this water system and the drinking water filter system is not working. I have no response from Luis , supposedly the owner nor the three offices I have reached out to. O out of 10! DO NOT BUY FROM SUPERIOR HOME PERFORMANCE!! I have yet to see samples for the soaps, and still waiting for the shed as the system was installed outside. Poorest Professionalism from a company. I am at the point of ripping this system off and sending it to their office! I don't care if this will affect my credit score! I am not paying for something that has no service which by the way Luis offered 24/7 technical service. Bunch of Bull!!

Had a service issue, however, they came out and took care of it. Grateful for there professionalism 5 Stars all the way!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my system. I have saved over a hundred a month in water purchases and have been able reduce allergies to hard water with my system which is amazing. My representative that did water test with Chad was easy and informative as well as affordable units. The unit was installed easily. The customer service manager Katherine was amazing she called and made follup appointment to check system and ensure satisfaction the first 60 days of use. She was so knowledgeable and courteous I couldn't be more happy with my choice to choose superior. If u haven't looked into before please reach out to them today you'll wish u had sooner.

We have enjoyed our new system so much. We could tell a big difference right away considering how hard our water was. Superior Home Performance of Texas has been great to work with from start to finish. Chad helped test our water and walk us through the benefits. He did a great job explaining everything and wasn't pushy trying to get a sale. Highly recommend getting your water filtration system from this company.

Been 2 months since install. Very professional company.

Been a customer for over 2 years. Had a issue however these guys took care of it ASAP! Great service

To start, we had our water tested and decided to go with this company to improve the quality of our water. The installation was immediate and we were pleased with that part and that part alone. After the installation we were told by Louis they would return to build a protective shack around our water softener system because they have to install it on the outside of our new home. Since the installation we have had issues getting in contact with Louis to install this protection. Furthermore, when we signed the financing paperwork we were not told nor did the paperwork reflect that the account being set up would be a revolving credit account instead of a loan account. To my surprise this morning I woke up and saw notifications from my credit monitoring apps showing a 40+ point drop in my credit. What they did was make this a line of credit with a 74% credit utilization balance, hence the large drop in my credit score. We were also promised within a week they would deliver us samples for soaps and other hygiene items we would be getting a free subscription to. This has still not happened. Lastly, the hole in the wall out of house they had to drill was not caulked and properly sealed up. Overall rating of 0-10 due to the poor communication, and poor customer service. Once they get paid they put us on the back burner and we were are still are left with the burden of uncertainty in terms of the incomplete tasks that need to be done. This install happened very early July and here we are now 2 months later in September. I highly do not recommend this company.

Louis personally came out to our home and is working to make things right. He brought us soaps to sample smells so we can proceed to picking and receiving our products. He delivered a replacement shed as well and explained the unfortunate back order of sheds that were supposed to be delivered previously. We appreciate his time and care to fix our issues. We are working towards a solution for the credit issue. Thank you Louis.

This company is amazing. They do follow ups after the water Softener and RO system is installed just to make sure that is working properly. User, the tech, was great at explaining everything and even gave us a couple of freebies. We're very happy with the system. Our skin feels great. Especially, for my son who has eczema and he's scratching less and even his skin feels softer. It's helping him a lot. Definitely recommend them.

Both Katherine and Luis doesn’t abide to their respective promises and stood us up multiple times on our service appointments. Just empty promises. 🙁🙁🙁

And the sad part about it is that the supposedly services was already pre-paid! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Simplest way i can put this is that customer service doesn't exist here. I have had three separate run ins with Luis and his company and only one was completely resolved and that was just the annual filter change which they still didn't show up when they agreed to. March 19th 2025 i paid for a service to reroute the drain tube scheduled for March 22nd and today is April 1 2025 and when Luis finally came out, He noticed whoever initially set up my system didn't rout the drain under the sidewalk and to the curb as needed. They basically stopped it 12inches before the sidewalk and the constant draining made a bald spot in my yard. This was the reason for my calling march 19th 2025 to pay for a service that was supposed to be done Correctly when i first purchased his water softner mid April of 2023. After speaking with Luis he apologized and offered a refund which still hasn't came thru and most important, Even tho this was scheduled for March 22nd. As of today the drain still hasn't been resolved. Last i was told by Luis is he will come repair it soon as they are in the south end of Houston. The customer service this company offers is extremely extremely poor. The product of the softner is as desired but good luck getting Luis to honor any appointments or arrangements that y'all may have done. Maintenance Upkeep and customer service are non existent after initial instillation.

Luis called apologized and explained there was a flooding issue in south texas and i assume that what pushed my scheduling back. He asked since he is a small business if i could give him the chance to make it right and complete the job this weekend and today he would cash app me my refund and in return i would remove the 1 star review. I politely declined he explained his self once again i declined once again and told him i will update the review with current up to date but will not be removing it.

Luis did not show up to complete the work when he told me would from our last phone convo. life happens and i understand that. He called today to notify me he would be at my home shortly to correct the deficiencies. He did show up and extend the drain out to my sidewalk as-well as added sod to cover the baldspots to the location so the new sod can grow into it. Im satisfied with the work. There was some miscommunication where i believed the drain tube would be routed under the sidewalk to the curb but it could have been a honest mistake on my part or his im not sure. Point is the work finally has been completed. Use this company with the understanding that the work will come from local people who you can relate to and be able to call/email/text, but customer service is a issue there but they did make it right in the end of it all.

Recently had our water system installed. Noticed a huge difference. Best decision ever. Mr. Uver did an excellent job he knew what he was explaining to us. Very knowledgeable. I recommend.

I am sharing a review to hopefully warn some of you guys before choosing this company for your water softener system. We got this system and to get it installed into our home was great, and everything was so smooth. We were promised free soaps, which we never received. No matter how many times we have called asking about the soaps, all they say is that they will get back to us, which is whatever. The soaps is not even the big deal.. Our osmosis system has been broken for almost three months. They rescheduled our appointment to get it fixed so many times… so much for warranty!! Now, we have a leak from where they dug into our front yard.. we called Luis kind of scared about it and he hung up us and told us we were tripping.. this is completely unprofessional and hope this warns you to stay away. I wish we would have done some research before choosing this unreliable company.

Update: Luis came out and addressed all of our concerns and did his best to make things right. It was greatly appreciated that he reached out to us and made things right. We understand things happen. A technician came out to our house with Luis and fixed the osmosis system on the spot.

Stay away from this company. They are overpriced. Their water system cost 900 online and they sell it for like 6000. They promised me no sediment in the water and alkaline filter and they didn't do any of them. Everytime you call them they said I'll call you back and never do. After over a year and they still don't do anything thag they promised.

Always do your research before making an investment with a company. Unfortunately, my service hasn't aligned with the stars that this company has received. The presentation and attempt to sell me was immaculately laid out. But, its been a year and I haven't heard from them since. I just had my water tested professionally to learn my system isn't doing what it's supposed to do. No one has ever come out to maintenance my system, nor show me how the system that I purchased works properly. I have called on multiple occasions to never receive call backs from management (the owner) Just do your research people!

I had the pleasure of having a free water quality test done a few months ago by John L. I was really impressed with his knowledge and explanations of what he was testing. My daughters convinced me to purchase a water filtration system through Superior Home Performance of Texas. I have been really satisfied with the quality of water. I like the fact that representatives continue to reach out after the purchase to make sure everything is going well. I've had the pleasure of speaking and meeting with Katherine C. She's is really knowledgeable as well and I was pleased with her professionalism. I would highly recommend this service to anyone that asks. I truly believe it is a good investment.
