(Very friendly customer service and well explanatory to what they have to offer, definitely happy with my purchase agreement and the product I've received)...This is was my post 7 months ago.

Since then, my experience with this company has not met professional standards. It’s April of 2025 and although the water filter system works, the costumer service side of it is unreal. They portray themselves as a friendly family-oriented company dedicated to providing exceptional service. They will offer a comprehensive presentation on the quality of water in your home and introduce the health benefits of their 360 products that accompany the purchase of their system. When it comes to service the filter system underneath the sink to drink water from, there is a $300 + charge to replace 3 filters. I was promised that service was free. I have contacted the owner Luis and the representative Katherine regarding the Healthy 360 products to assist in acquiring points and there is no response from either of them. It's amusing that they ask for a positive review right after installation, as they seem to be done with you afterward. The finance aspect is another issue entirely. While it is mentioned that approval is universal, there is a lack of detailed information regarding the actual costs involved. Please read the fine print on this contract. If you are considering a water filter system, it is advisable to educate yourself thoroughly and ask detailed questions. Alternatively, you may choose to go with a different company that offers superior customer service. Do not be swayed by the representative's friendly demeanor when presenting the service.

I had an amazing experience with this company! Luis was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we got exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!

Uver is our Sales Representative that came in to do our Water System Demonstration. He did a Fantastic Job explaining the Step by Step Process and all the Benefits of having a Water System Installed in our House. My Wife Carolyn and Myself are So Happy that we decided to have our System Installed and are Very Pleased with all the Benefits that we are Enjoying by Having it Installed.

Chad Hargett was super helpful. Our water in our house was DISGUSTING. Glad we have clean water. Showering and drinking water is so much better. Everyone should get one of these systems! Not only is it better for your health, but also is good for you home

Incredible service through and through from the service consult to talking with the owner Luis and the 2 service techs they sent out for install. I was beyond impressed with the level of service and commitment to the customer. Owner Luis came out the next day to see oversee the work and give me the rundown on the system and walk me through it. I will be referring my family and friends to them in the future. Great company great people.

I have had a really good experience with this company. The installation of their water system has been a game changer, especially for my wife that had problems with her skin. Our salesman, Uver, promised a lot of things and every single thing has been fulfilled. We had a couple of issues, but our installation manager, Luis, was quick to fix them by giving us what was promised and a little extra for the inconvenience. Overall, I’ve been satisfied with the results of working with this company and I would definitely recommend their products.

Superior Home of Texas gave us a visit and we are so glad that they did. John Long was the representative that came out and he was very forward coming and most definitely gave us an eye opener about the water in our home. Well, there was no doubt in our mind about the service. I just want to know how much. It was really reasonable and we couldn’t wait to feel and taste the difference.
