Constraction reviews in Houston, Texas

Jon Stockwell of Precision Roof Crafters inspected my roof and attic ventilation system, at no charge. He made recommendations for repairs and improvements. He estimated the costs. He was thorough, expert, thoughtful, cheerful, and patient. His explanations were clear.

Love working with Precision. They are honest and do quality work.

This is the most professional and honest company I have ever dealt with. We are super, super happy with every single person that we have contacted starting from Jon to Chris and all the workers that came and worked on our roof. We had damage from the hurricane and we had been talking to so many different companies for some reason when we would talk to them there was always something not right. They were either not clear about something or very confusing when they would try to explain things to us.We have never dealt with something like this it was getting very frustrating. So we saw this guys from precision roof crafters working on our neighbors home and we saw how professional they were how clean they were working and how amazing his roof looked after. We decided to give them a call and from the first conversation we had I felt right, Jon came to our home and explained everything, super good. We felt good and it felt right, so we went with our instincts and it has been the best decision we have ever made. I definitely recommend this company 💯 percent. We are soooooo happy with our roof and with the whole process. Thank you very much to all of the people that work here. Shelly.

I first used Precision Roof Crafters four years ago for a roof inspection and repairs, and I was very satisfied with their work. Recently, after some heavy winds loosened a few shingles, I decided to call them again. Jon from Precision Roof Crafters came out today, and I couldn’t have asked for better service.

He was professional, courteous, and very thorough. Jon inspected both the attic and the roof, carefully documenting what needed attention in the short term versus what to plan for in the long term. He even walked me through the photos he took on the roof so I could clearly understand the issues.

What impressed me most was his honesty and transparency. He explained that 20% of any maintenance costs would be credited toward a future roof replacement, which he recommended I consider within the next two years.

Thank you, Jon, for your outstanding service today. I truly appreciate your expertise and the peace of mind you provided.

The entire team at Precision Roof Crafters, Inc. is friendly, professional, communicative and meticulous. They helped us interact with our insurance company and navigate through the complicated process; and completed the work in quality fashion. Hands down the best roofing company I've encountered and one of the best in the contractor world of any work. Shout out to Ramsey, Zach, Chris, Sayed, Stevie and other behind-the-scenes heroes whose names I don't know about. KUDOS!!! You set and lead the industry standards. Keep up the good work :-)

Jon Stockwell was a great technician! Very personable and knowledgeable. The thing I really enjoyed about Jon is that he presented the options in a no pressure way that allowed me the room to make a decision that was right for my family!

The team at Precision Roofing is great. Especially appreciate their focus on timing and safety. Zach and his team are the best

Precision Roof Crafters is always extremely professional. Quotes are delivered when promised and staff arrives as scheduled (if they are going to be a little late they call and make sure that’s ok). I’m
just getting estimates for a current issue but I’ve used Precision before and have always found their work to be outstanding. Jon was very thorough today as he water tested and climbed around to confirm my roof issue. Excellent experience

I got this company info from my friend who gave very high praise for their work. I gave a try and called to fix my roof. The front desk lady is very nice and patient. I got Brandon distracted the next day and he spent about two hours and completed a very detailed inspection not only the roof but also other possible places of causing the roof leakage issues. He’s very thorough and careful. The $129 fee definitely worths for this effort. Great work and experience overall and I would not hesitate to use this company to any future roof related work as long as the prices are reasonable!

Just finished a great experience with Precision Roof Crafters.

Zach came out and measured the window flashing for my client and was able to get all of the custom flashings made and delivered with in 24 hrs. Fantastic service!

They did a great job inspecting my roof and showed photos of repairs needing to be done. It was all very professional. They are the best!

Precision sets a great standard for customer service. They are always responsive, on-time and thorough. Solid price estimates are given and work is clearly explained. Jon, our inspector, was extremely knowledgable and very upfront about what was needed and why.

Precision Roof Crafters is excellent! Truly a team-oriented organization of great staff. Communication, scheduling, professionalism and follow-through were on point! I highly recommend them.

We have used precision roof crafters on multiple projecs, i referred them to my neighbor who had a tpo roof done by a unnamed competitor. Needless to say the unnamed contractor was a nightmare and 3 months after installation and multiple interior flood events they were fired. Precision roof crafters has now stepped in to completely remove and install the tpo correctly, i cant recommend another contractor over them they are my first go to.

Precision Roof Crafters, Inc., did a great job on repairing our roof. We had two places where the roof was leaking very badly. First, they looked at the roof and gave an estimate, then he went over every part of the estimate so we would know exactly what to expect. The work was done as explained and there were no hidden fees or cost. The real test came with the first rain storm and the roof did not leak! Thank you!

Just like the name precision for the roofing crafters.
Zach and the crew did very good inspection works.
Professional and precisely positioned out what’s the problems are.
Definitely recommend this trustful company.

Working with Precision Roof Crafters was an outstanding experience. My project was complex, but the entire team—especially Ramsey—made the process smooth and informative from start to finish. They guided me through every step, from insurance negotiations to finding budget-friendly solutions, following the damage from Hurricane Beryl and the 2024 Houston derecho. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to quality were exceptional. I highly recommend Precision Roof Crafters for anyone facing major repairs or storm recovery, and I’ll definitely turn to them again for any future roofing or exterior work.
