From the moment he showed up, Navil acted like my roof was the most important roof in Texas. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me into oblivion, and actually listened (ugh). And don’t even get me started on how efficiently the whole job was handled—where was the chaos? The drama? The “we’ll be back next week” excuses? Nada. Just a smooth, stress-free experience.

Now I have a great roof, peace of mind, and one less thing to worry about. Helped us get insurance to approve the claim after they denied it the first time. Once it was approved through insurance, they got the ball rolling and installed our roof within a week! It took like less than 12 hours to replace the whole roof! They cleaned everything up nicely too. Highly recommend!
