My wife and I went with A-Action because we found them on YouTube and felt confident we knew what we getting beforehand. We scheduled Chris to do our house inspection and he did an outstanding job along with his associate he had with him that day. We were encouraged to attend the inspection and we are glad we did because Chris really took his time to go through what he found and what his main concerns about the property were.

Half-way through the inspection Chris even gave us an option to end the inspection before the report and only charge us half the amount if we felt like the major items he showed us would make us not continue with the purchase of the house. Having this option was nice and could have saved us a lot of money if we wanted to walk away from the house.

Even after the inspection was done and the report sent Chris continued to work with our realtor and us to clarify findings and provide supporting opinions. He responded quickly and professionally.

I bought a house 5 years ago and used them for inspection. I can tell you that after living in the house and doing repairs they've missed a LOT of very costly items that they should have caught in their inspection. For example, they did not catch that several windows were installed in the wrong orientation and caused water damage to walls and having to replace the installation. The soffit and fascia were full of caulk and paint and had to be replaced. The plumbing was collapsed and I had to replace it all. The garage was eaten up by termites. The newly replaced AC/Ducts were not actually replaced all the way, after going in the attic myself I see that only parts of them were replaced and a lot of of them done incorrectly as they leak air. Poor craftsmanship was done in a lot of the renovations made by the prior owners. Etc. I've spent over $60,000 in repairs of things that any reputable and well trained home inspector agency would have caught. I've learned so much in these last 5 years about homes and would catch these things in a heartbeat if I inspect a house myself. I am not blaming them but more disappointed at the lack of attention used during my inspection.

I would never use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone buying their first or any home.

We had A-Action come out to do a home inspection on a property we were thinking of buying. Bo Barber was our inspector, and he was beyond great. He arrived on time, and quickly started his process. He was very thorough and was more than willing to explain any questions we had about what he was looking for, and what it should look like. Despite the house being relatively new, he went through the entire house looking to ensure that the property was as it should be, noting things that could be fixed. At the end of the inspection process, he walked us through a preliminary report and said the actual report will be forthcoming. It was sent later that evening! I was very impressed at his knowledge and found his demeanor to be very pleasant. I would definitely recommend A-Action, particularly Bo, for home inspections. We got A-Action Inspection to do an inspection on a home we are looking to buy. Their customer service was the absolute best, as we had to reschedule one too many times due to the seller not having utilities on at the house in time for the appointments. They were very understanding and patient through the process. Will performed the inspection and notified us upon arrival, as well as gave us a courtesy call when he was almost done so that we could be there in time to go through the major items of concern.
