I needed a home inspector for my first time Purchase. I went on google, found this company and decided to give them a try. Let me tell you, the reviews do not lie! This was a awesome experience. I was referred to A-Action by my real estate agent and I could not be happier. It was very easy to make an appt online, I selected Will and again very happy. He was on time, professional, and personable. Once completed he took his time reviewing his findings, walking me around to show me the issues and the level of detail on the report and pictures was really helpful. Very satisfied with the inspection by Mark. He arrived early and started the inspection, being very meticulous throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company! We decided to do an inspection before the 1 year home warranty was up on our home and I’m so glad we did. Josh did a very thorough job inspecting our hose and found a water leak because of poor craftsmanship on the roof installation. This could be a somewhat costly repair for us to fix so I’m very glad he was very meticulous at thermal scanning all the walls/ceilings. Michelle at the office is very friendly and answers all my questions as well. I can see why this company has such great reviews!

Mark was great to have inspect our new home purchase. He was extremely thorough and detail oriented. Just the kind of person we wanted to put a second set of eyes on our new home. He caught things that we didn't see because of, as the purchaser, you get caught up in the new house experience. We weren't looking for the caulking missing or the outlet cover damaged. Brendan did the inspection on our new house. Great comm from the company. He arrived on time, was friendly and courteous, and answered all our questions. He allowed me to accompany him on portions of the house I was most interested in. He discovered flaws and issues that only someone with his experience level can detect. He makes a sport out of finding issues.

And talk about his arsenal of equipment. Gear for checking every nook and through to places behind walls. Thorough is an understatement. I've bought other houses and had other inspections. I have to say Brendan and A-Action takes the cake.

First Defence replaced the roof on my house and detached garage. They stripped the old roofing down to the wood decking. They inspected my wood decking for damage and deterioration. Then installed state of the art materials ( not felt paper). John left nothing to chance as he was there to inspect every detail. Very good crew and quality materials!

Contractors who truly care about the products that go into your home! John and Shad helped me remove a bad spray foam application when a family in need had no one else to turn to. Spray foam is most definitely a specialty application and should only be installed by a trained professional. These guys are the real deal.
