Fly HVAC is beyond a doubt the most honest and professional AC company I've dealt with in 5 decades worth of dealing with with them in the houston climate. Whether it is the commercial environment or residential.This was for home (residential ). Initial call back was thorough in questioning in regards to the situation, with his professional response as to how he would address this. He (Randy) said they would be here at a certain time and they were. No excuses of traffic or woke up late or can we reschedule. After a short introduction, Randy promptly got to work. Randy and his team worked efficiently to address the issue. His communications led to a prompt resolution as it should be . There is no doubt that Randy and his team at Fly HVAC are the folks to call for AC needs !!!

Randy Fly and team are amazing! His guys are tenured employees that work like a finely tuned machine. Me being a contractor of 43 years was most impressed in all the details of prepping the site, final clean-up and workmanship. They replaced all my ducts and registers… and I could not tell that anyone was here to do this messy job after they left! Very impressive! Randy personally did a final check after completion! I highly recommend FlyHVAC for any AC/Heat work!

Randy Fly has been taking care of our HVAC needs for about 15 years. He also takes care of my parents house. He is stuck with us forever. He is so knowledgeable and just a top notch kind person.

Randy is extremely knowledgeable about the details that mattered to us. When our old freon system failed he proposed a great solution at a reasonable cost, and the installation was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend!

Great service. Randy came to inspect the issue with my AC unit and suggested honest solutions to fix it. He performed the service on the spot and got my AC back up and running. Over the past year, we have had countless contractors come out to look at our commercial AC unit. After their inspection, I would receive a 5 figure quote and was left with little explanation as to what needed to be done, and for what reasoning. To be completely honest, when we reached out to Randy to come give us a quote, I had expected the same experience, however it was nothing of the sort. Randy took the time to explain every little detail to me and answered every single one of my questions, no matter how silly it was. I had a detailed quote in my email, less than 10 hours later and then he still took the time to answer questions after that. Randy was recommended on a Reddit post I came across for good, quality HVAC people in the Houston area. He came out and gave me a quote to replace my whole system. The pricing was right, and Randy was the most knowledgable I'd talked to. Randy was willing to talk technical with me about any questions I had, where most guys just want to sell, Randy explained the differences between systems I was looking at. Signed his quote on a Thursday, he showed up Monday morning with a crew and had me up and running that day. The new system is great, and it feels like a new home. FANTASTIC SERVICE! My AC condenser failed and I called Randy at Fly HVAC. He arrived at my house in less than 15 minutes and had the condenser running in less than 10 minutes. He also spent about 4 hours installing a cage around the condenser to protect it from thieves. I could not be happier. Excellent service at a reasonable price! I will definitely be calling FlyHVAC in the future in case I need any AC service.

We had to replace a gas package over 25 yrs old. Randy spent considerable time to find a unit that fit the existing space and ducts. The workmanship was great.
Its the second unit he has replaced for us.
