They are scam!!!They came my house to clean my dryer but they tried lie to me about big problem in my dryer and increase price from $77 to $499!!! big scam here ,please dont let them in your house and steal your money!!!

Didnt do a very great - good job. Had to have another company come out. I highly recommend dont use them. They could find my dryer vent and i showed them the vent and they told me that wasnt the vent and did the air cleaning and said that since they cant find the end of the vent. They wanted to cut into my dry wall. Well the end of the dryer was exactly where i said it was

I moved into a house with an old, unused, and damaged fireplace. I googled this company and called for an estimate. They took over the job from there. Nathan and his crew came over and fixed it like new in a professional manner.

We had them out to clean our air ducts and within minutes were shown a video of the inside of our ac unit and ducting that showed a heavy buildup of dust and mold. Horrified, we asked what to do. They quoted thousands for sanitizing and recommended even more for replacement. We have a rental so we declined until we could speak with our landlord. After researching other options, we decided to climb up and take a peek at the inside to see what might work. The panels were glued shut with old glue as were the ducts. No new sealant. So they didn't even look inside, much less clean it or take a video. So I reviewed the video which, for a brief moment shows the camera coming out of the dirty ducting and showing wood flooring with a grey area rug in the room they were in. We have tile only and no area rugs... so we were scammed. They were in our attic only anyway, not in any room and that wasn't our attic. They were only here for 30 minutes. After that, we decided to open the panel ourselves and take a look. It is shiny and clean inside everywhere with zero buildup.... I don't want them to scam anyone else with their video they show people. Now we know to go up and check their work before agreeing to anything and I'm glad we only paid the $100 for the duct cleaning that wasn't done and not thousands because you're supposed to believe the guys who come out to do this work. Beware.

They advertise online for a specific price but when they come charge the fee and increase it significantly. Don’t trust them

We asked him to come to our house to inspect our chimney. He charged $75 just to send us an estimate. That's it-sending us an estimate cost $75. He just stood up and looked at our chimney, and that was all. I asked why he charged $75 without actually doing any work. He then sent me a $22 refund. So in the end, he essentially charged $53 without doing anything.

I had a terrible experience with them. They came out and said they would address humidity in my dryer, sure enough the next day the issue was back so the issue wasn’t solved. They came back a second time to “fix it” and actually caused damage, where the dryer was no longer exhausting to the exterior. They came back two more times and could not fix the damage they caused and will not refund me. They did offer to come out to fix the issue again, but after 4 failed attempts and leaving me in a worse state than initially, I do not necessarily want them touching it again causing more damage. I would not recommend letting them touch your duct work. Additionally they would talk aggressive with you.

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**First and foremost this is the most unethical company that you can work with. You can read all the fake reviews posted. As per other reviews, they come out and 2 mins later they say ohh your vent needs deep cleaning and it would be $500 plus the $75 for basic cleaning. I knew I messed up when he calIed and asked for more info with no pictures. They were offended when said what they were doing was unethical. READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS. Added pictures of proof of payment so this review can’t be taken down.

Had an appointment over a week prior for 10-12 nobody called nobody showed up. I had to go 5 hours to get to the house and was told tech would call. Never dis until 12:15 in which i just called someone else. Thr amount of disrespect and disregard for customers schedules is ridiculous. Do NOT USE THEM

Review of Natural Green Cleaning – Air Duct Service
I booked an air duct cleaning appointment online with Natural Green Cleaning after seeing their $99 maintenance special. The online customer service rep confirmed that the deal covered general maintenance cleaning with unlimited vents using a negative air machine. I even saved the chat where she wrote “The work will be air ducts, all vents cleaning.”

When the technician (Nathan) arrived, he inspected the vents and claimed there was mold. He asked when they were last cleaned, and when I said 2019, he responded in a condescending tone that I should have them cleaned regularly. Not everyone can afford that, and while he had the right to ask, the delivery felt disrespectful. He then quoted me $1,296.84 plus tax for cleaning all air ducts and dryer vents. Since I had already taken the day off, I went ahead with the service.

The results were disappointing:

Floors and laundry room were left dirty after the job.

Smaller ducts were not thoroughly cleaned.

Grills were not cleaned at all. Nathan told me to just buy new ones ($16 each) and he’d install them for free. Other companies I’ve used cleaned and vacuumed everything, including grills.

On top of that, the company’s website is suspicious — multiple versions with different phone numbers, no physical address, and no legitimate reviews on Yelp, Angi, or HomeAdvisor under Natural Green Cleaning/ Air duct cleaning. I later discovered they subcontract through Cool Air Ways.

⚠️ Final Thoughts
This company feels misleading and unprofessional. The $99 special is just bait, and the actual charges are far higher. The quality of work was poor, and the lack of transparency about their business is concerning. I should have researched more beforehand, but I want others to be aware: don’t be deceived by the discount. Natural Green Cleaning is not a trustworthy company.

My elderly parents hired this company to fix a gas fireplace that would not light and were charged nearly $1,300. While the fireplace now works, the invoice provided no itemized breakdown of parts or labor, only vague descriptions of what may have been replaced. After charging this amount, they were told to call again in winter just to relight the pilot, which is a basic homeowner task and exactly what was done during the visit.

Also worth noting: the company name on the invoice does not match this Google listing, even though the phone number is the same, which made it harder to find where to leave an honest review.

What we paid is not fair market value for this type of repair. I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes or going elsewhere for more transparent and reasonable pricing.

Let me start by stating I have trust issues with anyone that comes into my home, people love to rip off women if they can get away with it and due to that I scrutinize anyone that steps into my house. All that being said I contacted the company just for a basic ac duct cleaning of one of my ac units because there was black stuff coming out of 2 vents that I thought was just dirt. When Nathan saw it he thought it was mold but states that they will open up the unit just to confirm and sure enough it was mold and he showed me a video of what was upstairs. Mind you, I was skeptical but then I started thinking about my son stating that he has headaches when he comes here, my sinus headaches and vents with small black spots, etc and was pretty confident that I did indeed have mold and asked him to check my downstairs unit as well, that also had mold. To make a long story short they did the work and the guys were really nice and I believe I received a fair price as before they even came I did research to see what worst case scenario could be if something is found during the cleaning of ac ducts. The day after they left I took all of my vents down to clean and they indeed have mold, cleaning the vents is not part of the job. I noticed that one vent was not cleaned and Nathan did send someone to clean it.
Overall I'm happy with the job that was done. I'll be honest and say that there was a point where I was very leery because I had to ask for a copy of the videos that were taken and it took 6 days and me asking 5x for them and because I am a overthinker I started during research on the company and the owner and found a lot of negative reviews which only added on to my anxiety. I did go into both attic spaces to see if I could see if any work was done before the videos came and I could tell that one unit was worked on but I couldn't tell on the other one which is why I was insistent on getting the videos, I usually watch people when they work in my house but I couldn't that day. Anyway, I got the videos and it does show my attic and them cleaning everything and when they came back to clean the one vent that was missed he did call to make sure I was happy and to see if I needed anything else. So my only critique would be to send videos as soon as payment is given just so there is proof of where your money went. My experience with Nathan was a pleasant one, I didn't even know he was the owner until after he left and I was doing research because I hadn't received the videos, when he first arrived and told me what the price was that I wasn't willing to pay it because it just wasn't in my budget he said he was going to make a call to his boss to see if something could be worked out, so I don't know who he called when he's the owner. I really didn't want to spend the money because I just paid off something really big and I'm paying for my son's college out of pocket but being a nurse I also know that having mold in your house can cause a whole host of issues. So yes there are bad reviews but I did want to share my experience which was not a bad one even though I was expecting it to be after not initially getting the videos. In a couple years I want to have all the ducts replaced and I would not hesitate to have the company do it in the future
