I shop at Home Depot a lot. So I thought their home services is legit, but I'm so wrong. On Sunday Dec 1, I saw their discount service for Heating / AC Tune Up service. Then, I requested a service. Later, their service provider ARS call me and schedule an appointment for Wed 2 pm - 6 pm. I waited for them on Wednesday, but NO ONE SHOW UP. After 6 pm, ARS provider call me and give an excuse that their too busy. So I give them another chance and reschedule them on Friday 2 pm - 6 pm. Same thing, THEY DID NOT SHOW UP AS SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT. A company doesn't able to keep their promises. So how could we trust them services? I WILL NOT REQUEST A SERVICE FROM HOME DEPOT AND ARS AGAIN. They are waiting my times and efforts.

On March 12 I got scam by your service man, he told me that he was from Home Depot to installed a 40 water heater I had the recite from Home Depot so he hook it up. and charge me 1,100. dollars for another water. I am up set it will be stop until I get a recite for the water he took to my house. you will be talking to me.

They installed my kitchen sink and faucet at a very reasonable and competitive price. Very professional and quick! Would highly recommend
