I do not recommend George at Lone Star. His work was very inferior, but even worse than that he was argumentative and disrespectful. There are so many wonderful, kind perfectionist restoration, drywall and painting men out there. Navarrette’s came out and fixed all of the Lone Star mistakes. I have used them for so many projects, and I am pleased with everything they did!

Fantastic service and a great company. They were able to identify the issues and take care of them the next day. I had a UV light installed and cleaning of all of the air ducts, covers and intake. The house smells clean and more importantly we can all tell a difference in the air quality.

Great company and quick response. I called for a quote and was able to get same day service due to my limited availability. Once they arrived they were able to clean multiple rooms in an hour and were able to clean some pet odor areas for me since we have a little one now . The carpets looks brand new and the pet areas are gone . I will absolutely be using them again

The technicians were very professional, and polite, and explained the treatment they were performing on my air ducts. I truly appreciate that I received a courtesy call to give me an approximate time of their arrival (this is especially helpful on Saturdays, being a popular errand day). I would definitely recommend this company for air duct and dryer vent services.

Lone star pro services technician was very efficient and helpful with our needs. Best mold remediation in Houston! We have purchased new house couple of months ago and were in need of air duct cleaning and mold remediation. After couple of month we started to feel a lot of allergies and noone could tell us why and what is going on. Over the phone conversation they recommended to call an mold inspector and then call them back for the remediation needs. Inspector found mold inside the air ducts. We used lone star on our previos property and decided to call them again. We collected 3 quotes, lone star quote was about the same. Quality and service worth every penny. We are very happy and looking forward to work with them again.

OUTSTANDING work!!! A fellow named George came out to our newly-purchased house (which was in dire need of deep cleaning throughout). George knew exactly what to do, he got right to work, and cleaned & sanitized our HVAC ducts, pressure washed all the registers, brushed out the dryer vent, then scrubbed the nasty stains & gunk out of the grout on the tile floor throughout the entire house. All of that was done in a single day! We are so impressed with George's strong work ethic and excellent results that we specifically requested him to return to do nicotine/smoke remediation in the garage where the previous homeowner smoked a lot. My wife and I both highly recommend this company and George.

I am in procurement and work with so many companies. Most companies today have no idea of customer service. This company is your old fashion customer service all the way. They are professional, courteous, on time and quick to answer any questions. We had duct cleaning performed this past Saturday and all the employees complimented on the cleanliness of the air this morning. Our employees with allergies stated this is the first time I did not have to use her medicine as soon as she got to work. We also had the carpet cleaned and they removed stains that were years old. The carpet looks new now.

Edgar arrived promptly as scheduled and explained the service that I had purchased. I had several tough stains in my carpets that I asked if he could get out and he explained that some were wear traffic stains and other was from some kind of liquid that had spilled. He indicated that a basic steam cleaning probably would not remove the stains and offered a treatment (at additional cost) that should. I agreed and he completed the work. All told I had three rooms cleaned and they looked fantastic when he left. I would use this vendor again.

First of all this company is Honest. Edgar came out and removed the smell of mold from my A/C System. I asked him about cleaning the ducts.Edgar told me that this was a new A/C unit and that the ducts were clean. This is true as the entire A/C unit is 9 months old. Edgar new what the problem was and fixed it quickly and at what i would consider a very fair price. From the time they answer the phone to the job being completed they are true service professionals. Do not waste your time with other companies. This one is the best. Update a faint smell returned to my A/C unit. Lone Star Pro Services stood by there warranty with out any question. Edgar returned and retreated the system and the smell is gone. Its hard to find a honest company that has employees that care about there job. Edgar took pride in his job. That is refreshing . Keep up the great work.

My Family had bad allergies, we have 3 dogs. Our carpet was bad. We called sears before and they didnt do a good job. Amost nothing was changed. We decided to give it another shot and choose lone star pro services. Lone star pros did amazing job, carpet cleaning was perfect, all the stains and smell are gone. After the job was done they offered a free inspection on air duct cleaning. A week later I called them back for vents cleaning. And today, the very next day, me and my family have totally different air in the house. We have less allergies. I am so excited and so impressed. I was very skeptic, but not anymore. Gret job. Great service. Worth every penny.

Scheduled appointment on a short notice, just a day before and was able to have them come to my house next day exactly at the time requested!
We've been all having allergies in the house and couldn't understand why and George found out that we have mold and it can be treated. Did amazing job, very professional and clean! Tim was our technician and he was very professional and provided us will all or the information we needed to properly care for our home. He explained the process to clean our vents and was very patient answering all of my question. I believe that the price was very fair and unlike other companies I have dealt with in the past I do not feel like I was taken advantage of. I will defiantly use Lone Star Pro Services for my future needs.

Just bought a new house and we had George from Lonestar Pro services come to clean our carpets and tile. The previous owners left pet stains that George was able to get out. Our carpet and tile look much better. We were very impressed with the results and the professionalism provided. We will definitely use lonestar pro services again.

They came out in May of last year to clean mold out of my A/C.
Judging by the expectation they set for me, I was pleased with their service and the quality of the work.
However, they did not tell me that mold could fully grow back after 6 months. This expectation was not set, nor would I have proceeded with $1000 worth of cleaning if I knew that this was possible.
Of course, by November, the mold had grown back in my ducts, and the whole house smelled humid when I turned the A/C on.

I tried calling them after the holidays to have them come do another inspection which was a mistake because now George is using that against me in my Yelp review.
Unfortunately, I work in retail and simply don't have time during the holidays (November-January).

It took 3 calls over the course of 1 week to speak with the owner George. He confirmed an appointment, and they sent me a text confirming their arrival between 9 and 11am. It wasn't until 12:30pm that I received a call and a VM saying they were running late.
I told them that we'd have to reschedule because I left my house at 11am, having not heard from them.
If you're in the service industry and you're running late, you call before the service window closes to provide an explanation.
If your tardiness causes you to miss an appointment, you reschedule immediately.

When I called THEM back a week later (after the winter storm) to reschedule, George blamed me for not being home when they showed up late and told me that they are booked for 3-4 weeks.
I told him that his technician didn't call me until a 1.5 hours AFTER our service window.
He defended his technician's tardiness and showed no interest in guaranteeing my satisfaction with the service provided last summer.
"We don't offer a warranty or any guarantees" were his exact words.

Being that I'm not an expert in A/C cleanings, I can't say if it's normal for mold to grow back in force within 6 months of a cleaning.
But, his attitude towards follow-up and making the situation right for me, the client, was decidedly negative and unhelpful.
They had an opportunity to fix the situation and win future business from me.
Unfortunately, George did not take my experience seriously and has lost his opportunity to keep me as a repeat customer.

There is no "blackmail" in this situation as George would phrase it. There is simply accountability. If you don't do right by your customers, they will hold you accountable for your bad service by sharing that with other potential customers. That is the entire purpose of peer review platforms such as Yelp and Google. It helps consumers protect one another from service professionals that don't give you the full truth before they charge you a lot of money.

George was very professional and courteous. He showed up within my appointment window and was able to do the job in a timely manner. I also purchased the YELP deal. He cleaned the vent and even helped reattach the pipe because it wasn't attached properly. The booking woman (I can't remember her name) was very sweet and set up was hassle free. I would highly recommend and plan on using them in the future.

Pedro was great to work with. Professional, responsive and honest. Provided clear instructions and details about the process. Great follow through. George did a great job with carpet cleaning and fogging. He was polite and helpful with rearranging furniture. Great guys and great service. Highly recommend!

Recently hired Lone Star Pro Services to repair a dryer vent exhaust, the venting of which was through our attic to the outside of our newly constructed home. George was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and offering a viable solution, along with costs and time involved to completion. He was expeditious in his labor, completing the task within an hour. The cost was very reasonable and came with an 8 month warranty should another problem with the dryer exhaust arise. George was courteous, informative, engaging and hardworking. We will not hesitate to utilize Lone Star Pro Services in the future for other needs that arise and we recommend them highly to anyone considering using their services.

This is an amazing company. I called and they were able to accommodate me on the same day. Tim arrived promptly and even called ahead to advise he was in route. When he arrived, he gave me a consultation and recommendation of service needed. The carpet looks amazing and you can't beat it for the price. I would definitely use Lonestar again!

We have a large location, and they did a spectacular job on not only our carpets, but our tiled restrooms as well. Our business sees a lot of traffic and gets dirty quite often, but the job we just received was excellent. They were all so professional and nice as well. We are so grateful for Lone Star Pro Services! We relocated to Tomball and had no idea who to use to get our carpets cleaned. George is actually a neighbor of ours who we hadn't met yet and we got his contact info from another neighbor and I was able to schedule my service easily and for only 2 days later. The carpets are original to our 10 year old house and I have to say I'm crazy impressed with the job done! They look so good! We had some very tough stains that were next to impossible to get out and although they are not 100% gone they are a million times lighter than they were!
