We could not be more pleased with the work Lone Star completed for us. We were scheduled extremely quickly, the job was done well and efficiently for a great price, George was very nice, helpful, and attentive to detail. We definitely recommend Lone Star for any carpet cleaning needs, and will use them for any future carpet-cleaning needs we have.

I needed to have my air ducts cleaned in a pinch so I called Lone Star on Thursday and they had an appointment for me on Friday. My step daughter and her kids had moved in and were feeling the affects of what we found out was mold but had no idea considering we hadn’t been affected. Edgar came to our home and was very patient with all of our questions and was super informative. He reassured us that he would solve the problem and everything would be good for the time frame of the treatment. He made us feel better about the babies that are here and even offered to put my my new air filters in since my husband was out of town and I don’t have a clue how to do it! I also appreciate that he offered other services that did suit our situation (we are about to move) and although would be ideal he did let me know that it would be a wasted investment since we will be here only a short time. He was not pushy about adding more stuff nor did I feel like he rushed or tried to take advantage. He also had to wait an extra 30 min for us to get home as we went shopping waiting for him to treat and I take care my grandma who is handicapped and he was very patient and still very nice! I fee customer service is very important especially if you are paying for services even if it is a dollar! They didn’t fall short in that department and they were very helpful and very kind. If you need a cleaning service their prices are spot on and they are genuine. I would recommend them to anyone! Way to go George and Edgar y’all are awesome!

I had a slow leak in my kitchen that caused massive water damage to my home. George and his team did an excellent job cleaning and restoring my kitchen. George even went to bat against my insurance company when they were trying to short change us. George delivered quality work at exactly the price he quoted us, which was less than several other companies I spoke with. His partner Dmitry did amazing work on the renovation and I love my new kitchen. George and his team are friendly, professional, and go out of their way to guarantee that the customer is at ease and happy with the work done. I would absolutely use Lone Star again and have already recommended their services to family and friends.

I called Lonestar to come out during a bathroom renovation when my contractor noticed some water damage. George squeezed me in between jobs, and came over less than an hour later to check out the bathroom. He gave a thorough explanation for both me and my contractor so work could resume safely. He has been responsive with follow ups. Thank you so much for helping us on such short notice!! It’s so hard to find good people to work on your home in a pinch and George was honest and thorough.

I made an amazing decision by allowing Lone Star Pro Services to come out and clean my home! The carpets looked amazing after they finished with the deep cleaning treatments! I also had them come out and clean my air ducts and the quality of my air has improved tremendously. They cut a hole in my plenum and never covered it back up. I have fiberglass from all the attic that has been flying around all my house cause of their slopy work and plus, they didnt clean all the ducts, they left some untouched and he damaged my plenum with the spinning scrubber which was so abrasive and there are alot of bristles from the cleaning head all over my ac system, its all about the money not the service

Lone Star Pro is the only company I will ever use for dryer vent cleaning. You can see that my vent is a nightmare to get up to but George got it done. Excellent work and fair prices.

Lone Star Pro Services was very professional. They work clean and everything went smoothly from consultation to day of work. We got our HVAC cleaned from dust and molds and they did a fantastic job. We came back to our house with a fresh clean air and it was nice to breathe again inside our home without worrying about the molds and dust. George and his team have been the absolute best!!! I am skeptical of everyone when it comes to mold remediation jobs because I've seen some terrible companies who don't know what they are doing. I asked a ton of questions before and during and they all have been as patient as can be! Serhii and his co-worker's efforts were meticulous, the best containment job I've ever seen, and the small particle cleaning was phenomenal! I highly recommend them and they certainly won my trust!

I didn’t use their services, but I did reach out to inquire information on air duct cleaning a couple of weeks ago. George pointed me in the right direction and I am so thankful. He saved us a lot of money. Also thankful that he understands those of us with CIRS. I then recommended him to a friend of mine whose son is extremely sensitive for a new build they were having issues with, because of everything I’d heard of about Lone Star and how I know they take care of sensitive groups over a typical remediation company.
