Casey and her team were absolutely fantastic so professional and so thorough. Hey, I would hire this team again. It is apparent that the training and education and communication aspects of their company are well integrated. Shout out to Crystal, Terry, DAVID, and all the rest of the crew are doing such a fine job and for cleaning up some meticulously after the fact going through a hurricane is enough trauma and Servpro made it much better..

Had a significant leak and they arrived promptly, took care of the water damage and dried everything out.

Servpro of Memorial West came to my home in st.petersbug and did an outstanding job. They cutout the drywall that had been flooded by Hurricane Helena with expert precision. The also treated the wood behind the drywall and completely dried the whole bedroom suite. Couldn't have been any happier. Their customer service skills were excellent.....very easy to understand their in--depth explanations. I would definitely hire them again. Plus their pricing was very reasonable. Thanks so much!

ServePro Memorial really blew me away, in helping us through a very complicated remediation situation after the hurricane, on a very tight time schedule. The owner really took the time to educate us on processes, science and everything in between. I was actually surprised at the amount of time the owner spent educating us, especially during their busiest season. We always felt like they were completely transparent and honest, as it’s always a little scary to deal with remediation companies and occurrences that may require insurance involvement.

I’ve never had to deal in remediation myself and I feel very fortunate we were referred to Serve Pro and Mr. Mayhall & his team. They were definitely our port in the storm!

Had water damage, never had to deal with anything like this. RJ & Manny helped me and my husband remain calm because they arrived within 4 hours to walk us through every step. We appreciate their transparency and commitment to answering all of our questions. I highly recommend this company.

Kassey was fantastic & treated us with lots of empathy during an extremely difficult time post hurricane Helene. We had never flooded before & didn't really know what to do or how to handle everything. She calmly explained the process. I would give her 5 stars, but knocked the review of the company down to a 4 because of the job they did of covering our items....some things weren't covered like our armoire that had our bedroom TV and lots of personal items inside, upper cabinets & things that were covered were not done thoroughly so drywall dust (very fine) from cutting, got onto alot of our things! I would highly suggest moving your furniture & items out of the house even though it's an added expense or covering your items yourself & securing plastic to floor with tape. We will have lots of clean up! They also did not put any protection down on tile floors, which was disappointing, but luckily no damage. They treated the cavities where the drywall was cut and dried them thoroughly!! They bring in a huge amount of blowers & dehumidifiers to get the job done & provided us all the documentation with photos, building sketch & floor plan! I was able to print the floor plan & take it to the city permit department to obtain permits to start the work of putting our home back together! Kassey hugged me many times when I really needed it through the process... we did not feel like just a number to them!

I highly recommend using Servpro. I had the pleasure of working with Adeline, Manny, Jason, and Chase, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were outstanding. Adeline was incredibly responsive and took the time to explain the entire process, which put me at ease during a stressful time. She then got right to work on removing the nasty wet carpet. Manny and Chase arrived promptly and worked diligently to remove the damaged flooring caused by the water damage. Jason came to my home everyday to check in on drying process throughout the entire time as well.

While the initial mitigation work was promising, the delay of getting a rebuild estimate and the handling of a floor sample was a major issue. After multiple follow-ups with the office and the representative, we discovered the representative hadn't sent it, despite previous assurances. It felt as though our project was no longer a priority once we opted for another contractor.

Very happy with the water damage work that was done on my home after the derecho storm! Kacie, Adeline, and the demo team were all extremely professional and competent. They kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions, even the ones I felt silly about asking. They were diligent about keeping my insurance claims adjuster informed throughout the process. They were thorough and methodical in their work, and made an effort to keep my house as clean as possible during the process. I was overwhelmed with the whole ordeal of having a damaged home, but thanks to everyone on the team I now feel much better about the next steps. I would highly recommend this company!

During the last big storm in Houston, part of the roof blew off on our industrial building. I called the next morning and every step of the way Servpro has been the consummate pros. I was so worried that I’d fall to the back of the list or or wouldn’t get a call back, but they were on it and had the roof covered within 24 hours.

And this was no small job. It’s a big building with a tall roof with a major section blown off. I can’t thank them enough or recommend them more highly.
