In life you often hear of tragic events that happen to “someone else” but never expect those types of events to happen to you. On September 22nd, 2025 it happened to my family. My wife and I were in the emergency room with my 92 year old mother from very early on that day keeping us away from our home until late that evening. I stayed with my mom in the emergency room and my wife went home to get some much needed rest. The plan was to relieve me the next day. When she walked in our home that night she stepped in water. As you can imagine she was in a panic. I could not leave my mother alone so I called my neighbors who graciously came to help my wife. My next call was to ServPro. Jerry and his crew mobilized and showed up within two hours. He quickly accessed the situation and immediately began to mitigate certain areas to prevent more loss. He updated me every step of the way on the progress during the night which gave me and my family much needed peace of mind. The feeling of helplessness I endured in the beginning by not being able to be on site was quickly alleviated by Jerry’s calm, reassuring demeanor.
I hope no one reading this ever has to go through what we went through but they happen more often than we realize. Two things I learned throughout this process - 1) We are so blessed to have special neighbors who will help drop what they are doing and come help you in a pinch day or night and -
2) Call a company like ServPro who has management that are extremely wise enough to hire proffesional people like Jerry and his crew.

They were kind, polite, and courteous and went above and beyond both before during and after my flood Restoration, they were quick to answer any questions or call back or text back with any concerns I might have had communication was excellent, the work and the installation by the work crews was excellent and timely huge props to the whole team for making my time through this flood Restoration easier

I’m so pleased with the services provided by Brian and George today. They were timely, friendly, respectful and neat, and left my home clean after a messy job. The preliminary patching of the ceiling also looks very neat. I’m excited to see the final project!

We came home from a 7 day cruise and had a huge leak that moved from out upstairs bathroom down to our downstairs dining room. We had water sitting on our natural hardwood floors that are real wood. Our family was besides themselves.
So my dad had a contact with Chris, the owner of this Servpro, and I gave him a call. Man what a world saver these guys were! My hardwoods are going to be saved and my build back cost, even with Servpro's cost, was below my insurance premium. If you want someone who will save you at your worst call Servpro! I had a great experience with Servpro! I called them because we had mold growing in our walls from water damage and within an hour Jared came out to do an inspection. He was very professional and kind. Right after the inspection, Melvin and Ender did the removal. They worked very fast and kept the area extremely clean. It was a great experience from start to finish and I highly recommend working with them.

Absolutely horrible when it comes to my experience starting on January 17,2024. Now that we are back in our home we are really seeing the terrible work. Boxing up our glass items with a paper towel and putting those same items with pots and pans. Also putting our dogs food and water dish in the same box as our dishes. Absolutely disgusting. Seems like the service worsened when I declined ServePro from doing the reconstruction on our house. I will never use them again.

Melvin, Steve and Jared were so fast in setting up the fans to extract water in carpet and walls. They completed the set up process within 20 minutes.

I highly recommend SERVPRO of Cypress. During the whole process, our Project Manager, Gerson, was quick to respond, knowledgeable, and happy to answer my many questions. He got the remediation crew working within an hour of his initial visit to our home and returned repeatedly to check on progress. Bryan, Stevie, and Chris worked diligently and were respectful to our home. Again, answering my many questions. Melvin jumped in for weekend coverage and continued our great experience with ServPro. He came to check on the site each day and clearly communicated when he would arrive so that we could plan accordingly. Melvin brought Ender to assist with clean up and they did a nice job securing the area with plastic sheeting so that it is covered until we can begin build back.
Once remediation was complete, we met with Todd from reconstruction. Todd continued to uphold the high standard that we had experienced with his extensive knowledge of construction and working with insurance.
Even the customer service folks on the phone (Christina and Heather) were kind, professional, and helpful.
Throughout the entire process, every member of staff I interacted with has communicated clearly and is quick to respond to requests/questions. They have been punctual when arriving to our home and were respectful of their surroundings in their work. I would definitely recommend ServPro of Cypress to anyone needing their services.
