Rick and Todd did a fantastic job on our COMPLETE GUT & REMODEL of our Katy TX rental property after it flooded. We decided to upgrade EVERYTHING: Wide plank luxury laminate flooring throughout, new carpet in 3 bedrooms, new shaker white cabinets in kitchen and 2 bathrooms, luxury granite counters and backsplash in kitchen with granite waterfall island-bar, and same granite in both bathrooms. Architectural hardware on kitchen cabinets, KitchenAid stainless steal dishwasher and refrigerator, GE gas oven range, and new LED ceiling and undercabinet lighting in the kitchen. 5" high baseboards throughout for upgraded look. The place has been thoroughly transformed! Thanks to Rick for his excellent communication skills, we were able to do the entire project remotely. His team is knowledgeable, responsive and has the highest level of integrity! I highly recommend this company!

Unfortunately, we had a toilet back up and overflow for about 45 mins leaving us quite a mess to clean up late in the evening. My wife called SERVPRO and Gerson came out promptly the next morning and by the afternoon had Chris and Stevie come by to rip out carpet and pad and setup dehumidifiers. They came back the next morning to start the remediation process that covered a bathroom and adjacent bedrooms on 2nd floor and master bath and closet on 1st floor. Two days later they have pretty much everything dried out. Now we start the renovation process which will be by others. Gerson has come by several times to check on things and we made some adjustments based on how things were drying out. Chris and Stevie did a great job with the remediation, cleanup, etc. They were polite and accommodating and made us feel like the job was important to them. I recommend the SERVPRO team.

We had a leak from our upstairs laundry room. Melvin, Steve and Jared did a wonderful job checking for all the wet areas, pulling up flooring setting up fans. They also did a great job covering over and taping down and tripping hazards. Although the water damage left a mess, they did not. Would definitely recommend.

Gerson, Ender and Carlos were extremely polite and accommodating. They did an excellent job, they put my things back just like they were and were very professional, neat and clean with their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them! They were GREAT!

We had a flood in our home, and Servpro went above and beyond from the moment they arrived. We worked with Gerson, Brian, and Chris specifically and they were very professional, fast, and incredibly respectful of our property during such a stressful time.
They explained every step of the demo process clearly, showed us the moisture readings, and made sure we understood what needed to be removed and why. The crew worked quickly but carefully, and they left the area clean and safe at the end of each day.

They responded quickly during odd hours and seem to have done good work so far. The survey gentleman Melvin was fast and thorough. The workmen Leal and Semprum have been quick in their work, but we were given the impression that they would come a lot earlier than they did (didn’t come over until after 5 pm). I suspect that’s not their fault, it just would have been helpful to have a tighter timeframe for planning work and childcare. They have been very respectful and seem experienced and knowledgeable, but only spoke Spanish. Thank goodness my husband was home and could talk with them. I’m hoping they will come earlier today and be able to finish.

Ender Leal and Ender Semprum from ServePro did extensive work on my ceiling and bathroom after a flood. Both really worked hard and finished the work the same day the damage occurred. I really appreciate their timely effort. I highly recommend them to anyone needing emergency repairs.
