The first phase of my Servpro Houston Heights water damage restoration was completed today by the team of Justin and Alex. They were on time, professional, informative and very personable. I was very comfortable with them in my home. They kept me informed about every step of the process , were neat and answered all my questions. I would eagerly recommend Servpro Houston Heights to anyone with a home problem you would like solved.

One of the worst experiences. Wont go into details because we are seeking civil suit solution. I do not recommend this co.pany at all from horrible contractors to rude and lazy employees. I recommend any other disaster clean up company because these guys ain't it. Should of just went in a diff direction when they couldn't keep employees employed. More turnover than an IHOP. I'd give negative 5 stars if I could. Who would of thought after a tornado, then hurricane that ServPro would the biggest disaster to hit our family home.

After my sister recommended me this company I don’t regret calling them to service our home. We had really bad water damage from the storm last month and I understand that safety comes first so I waited when it was safe and I called them they came out and quickly took care of the damages. My toilet broke unexpectedly and water went all over the bathroom and into the hallway, I called Servpro of Houston Heights and they were at my place really fast, Jonathan was the one I spoke with and he was so professional and kind, he explained exactly what needed to be done and made sure I understood each step, the crew set up all the drying equipment right away and checked everything until it was completely dry, they made the whole process so much less stressful and I’m so grateful for how quickly they got everything back to normal

Servpro of Houston Heights recently completed water remediation, construction and pack in/out for our home. Throughout the process, the entire team were professional and expedient. When we arrived from vacation we found that our ceiling had collapsed from a water leak. We immediately called Servpro of Houston Heights and Mr. King arrived with an hour of our call. He and his team began the job and completed the project to our complete satisfaction. Mr. Jorge Reyes worked closely with our home insurance to ensure that funding for the project was released. We highly recommend this company without reservation.

We had considerable damage inside our walls after the summer of storms and called SERVPro to come out and demo and reconstruct the areas where we had damaged. I was very impressed with the team! They finished quickly, showed up immediately. They were very communicative about progress and costs. Importantly, they worked very cleanly and there was very little dust after they were done. I have a lot of trust in them and appreciated their expertise in getting the house back to 100%.

The SERVPRO Field guys are amazing. Very responsive in our time of need and Jorge was great with follow-up. The team led by Dorian was compassionate and really stepped up to help us get the damage identified fast and removed before the situation got worse.

I had a small kitchen fire that left smoke and soot everywhere and I honestly didn’t know where to start. Servpro of Houston Heights came in and handled it from start to finish, they cleaned all the surfaces, removed the smoke smell, and even made my cabinets and counters look better than before. The team was friendly and professional, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. It’s such a relief to have my kitchen back and I would absolutely use them again if I ever needed to.

I recently experienced a water leak in my garage. My insurance company recommended contacting Servpro to conduct the repair estimate and perform the remediation. This Servpro location worked seamlessly with my insurance company to determine the scope of work. They then monitored the progress and compliance of the repairs with the contractor. Their supervisor (Germain) was particularly pro-active in ensuring that steps occurred in a timely manner, and in the correct order. I was very impressed.

The team at Got Gutterz was very professional and helpful. They got the work done quickly and efficiently. Natasha maintained great communication throughout the process, and worked with us when our start date required adjustment. The gutters are beautiful and were tested well by recent storms. They performed great!!

We had a great experience with Got Gutterz and everything was very affordable. The crew came to the appointment right on time and quickly cleaned, repaired and installed leaf guards on the existing gutters.
