This guy ghosted during the winter storm of 2021. He came to give me an assessment, but then when he found out I had State Farm insurance (which most people are happy with unless they are trying to skirt the system), and he had a retirement community reach out he decided not to help me. No response to messages, and no response to phone calls. When you call the number there is no room for a message on the phone and it has an outdated message from hurricane season. Perhaps he has a good reason that isn’t my assumptions, but if so let him tell you directly.

Everybody who came into our home was friendly, thorough, and very helpful. They really explained the process and helped with getting all of the mold out of our home with ease. Thank you for helping me and my family feel safe now in our home.

They offer excellent mold remediation services. I had a couple units at my apartment that had mold buildup above the showers in the bathroom. The service techs that made it out were quick, professional, and really did an excellent job for completely getting rid of the issue.

They came to my rescue quickly. My questions and concerns were answered during the 3 day process of water extraction. If I couldn't reach them by phone, I was able to reach them by text.

After a Hurricane came through the city wrecking our home, I needed a mitigation company to find any moisture in the walls and ceiling that would cause microbial growth. In my experience, H20 is an honest, personable, reliable and hardworking company. I didn't want to hire any company who didn't respect my furnishings that survived the storm. They removed sheetrock and insulation in the affected walls and ceilings professionally. Afterwards they set up 19 dehumidifiers and drying fans. With the wood framing dry, we were able to rebuild. Communication was another key factor. Any questions or concerns I had, I would text Mike and he'd respond within the day. I would recommend this company for your mitigation needs.

Mike and his crew worked extremely hard. They were professionals and answered our questions every step of the way. They were reliable, efficient, and very knowledgeable. An example of the quality of their work is that they put down plastic sheets in every room to protect our floors from dust and torn out sheetrock. Then, removed the plastic placing them and the sheetrock into Mike's dumpster. Finally, to make sure the dust was gone, a crew member vacuumed between the studs to thoroughly clean every room. During the winter storm, a pipe burst while we were away. According to our water company, 25,000 gallons of water went through our home. We thought our house would never dry, but Mike and his crew knew exactly what to do. With the help from H20 Restoration, we are now ready to begin the rebuild of our home. I would encourage anyone needing water remediation services to call Mike Hayden at H20 Restoration. I would give H20 higher than 5 stars if I could. My rating should be 10+. Ramiro was fantastic. He showed me everything I needed to know about the water damage. His crew was clean and protective of my home. As a single female, I often feel like I am being taken advantage of, but NEVER felt that way with Ramiro and his crew.

Decided to use this company because we had a leak in our dining room. Company came out when we called and the two workers were nice. When we agreed to work with them they stated they would leave their equipment here (dehumidifier, large fan) over the weekend and come back Monday to pick it up.

Monday morning comes and we get an email stating they’re “under the weather and can’t come between 9-10” like we agreed to and can now only make it between 3-5.

Emailed the company requesting if there was someone that could be out sooner. Emailed them at 11:30. Never received a response. Called their number, no response. Been all day and could not get a hold of a single person by phone or email.

No worker, no response. Incredibly unprofessional and I do NOT recommend if this is how they treat customers that paid over $800 this is terrible.

Wanted to edit this to add that the next day we still hadn’t been contacted by anyone. Finally got a hold of someone in the middle of the day. Still no one came. Had to call again and they never explained ignoring us the previous day or anything. Just said someone would come by to pick it up tonight and hung up.

This is one of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever worked with. Every time we attempted to contact them they acted annoyed or avoided our calls. I would rather deal with water damage than deal with this company ever again. Did not expect this level of unprofessionalism based off their reviews but based off dealing with them it feels like I’m being scammed and I do not recommend.

Would give zero stars if possible. Avoid at all costs.

H2O Restoration easily earns a 5 Star review from me. I hired Mike and his crew after a Cat 4 hurricane went over my house. He was on the scene in just a few days post storm. Mike went over and above to provide the highest level of customer service. He always communicated with me, which is a must for me. Mike and his crew were not like any of the crews we have used since his portion of the job was completed. He and his crew were compassionate about the loss of our home. He was very sympathetic to me and my family during this difficult time. He provided a quality service and had everything well documented for our insurance company. When you hire H2O, you can expect Mike to personally oversee the job, provide excellent quality and perform the work in a timely manner.

H20 is a phenomenal resource! They do things by the book and they are always loyal and transparent! If you call them your loss will be handled as if it was their own. They look after every detail and always strive to help their clients! H20 is the ultimate team! You'll be sorry you didn't call them!

Arrived home from vacation to find water damage in our kitchen and surrounding rooms. It was late at night, but Mike and Jason at H2O Restoration came out promptly to assess the damage and remediate. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. They took time to patiently listen to and answer all our questions and concerns regarding the work, process, and cost. Throughout the whole process we felt comfortable with the work they were doing and trusted their recommendations. They took great care to contain the rooms that were not impacted and protect the furniture in those rooms from being damaged during their remediation work. They removed the damaged cabinets, drywall and flooring with care and precision, completely dried and treated the damaged areas. After their work was completed, the contractors that came out to give us estimates to repair the house, and even the company we eventually contracted with, were impressed with the remediation work that Mike and his team did and commented that because of the great care they took to remove the cabinets and drywall, it made their job so much easier.
