Constraction reviews in Houston, Texas

I found Houston Pro Masonary and Omar Gonzalez to be very professional in all aspects, from the estimate to the completion of the job. The workers were
Courteous and knowledgeable. They completed the work and clean up in a timely manner. I recommend this company highly.

Osmar and his crew did an excellent job repairing our mortar cracks. The brickwork looks like new. We will use them again if we need future brick work.

Had some repair to mortor on the stone on the face of my house. Houston Pro not only did an excellent job but from phone call to work completed took only 2 days! The job looks absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend them.

Osmar and Santos helped rebuild our brick steps after foundation work, plus some trim repair. Very happy with results, easy and timely communications, and firm pricing. Happy to have found them.

Osmar runs a tight ship. Very responsive, quick turn around. I’ve had a leak from somewhere on a sunroom roof, flashing, window frame, or brick, ???? for many (10+) years and have wasted a lot of money on failed attempts to fix it. Got Osmar and his crew on it in late July of this year. They washed the brick, plugged big cracks, applied sealant to the brick, and caulked the flashing. We have had plenty of heavy rain with wind in Houston since then, not a drop in the house. I highly recommend these guys, for successful execution, great communication, customer focus, and reasonable price.

Had a brick mailbox refurbished/repaired and the metal box replaced. Osmar and his team did a great job, He pressure washed the existing (old) brick, repaired the brick as needed, removed loose mortar and replaced with new one or repaired and sealed the cracks. Adjusted, cut the opening for the new, larger box. His estimate was very reasonable and workmanship highly professional. Enjoyed doing business with them.

Osmar was very professional when he first gave me the estimate. He patiently worked up various options for the repairs very promptly. I was pleased with his Pre-contract service and hoped he would do the actual work as well. After awarding the work to Osmar, I was pleasantly pleased with the quality of workmanship of his workers and the manner in which they performed the work. Everything was left very clean after they finished the work. I highly recommend Osmar (Houston Pro Masonry) and plan to get additional work done by him.

Osmar and his team were very responsive. Quick to come out for a quote, the work was done quickly and the price was better than I expected. The work they did was great, my house looks wonderful after their visit.

They did an excellent job on our chimney repair. Their price was unbeatable and they provided a sufficient amount of support during the repair day. Very good communication and detailed report to document before and after changes to chimney. I would highly recommend them. Very professional and good quality.

Awesome customer service! Fixed crack in brick without having to remove it. Looks incredible! Wish I had more work for them.

I've used Houston Pro Masonry twice now and was very pleased with the final job each time. They have done a great job matching existing bricks for replacement. They color matched the mortar beautifully at both homes, and they reset and sealed up our fireplace at our new home perfectly. These guys seem to stay busy, and with the quality of the work and the competitive price I can tell you they are worth waiting for too.

We had to replace the gas valve for our fireplace which meant removing and replacing the brick around the valve area. It doesn’t look like anything was done to the fireplace. I’m amazed! Osmar was great communicating with me since we had to coordinate with the plumber too. The 2 men were respectful and got the job done efficiently and cleaned up with done. I highly recommend them.

Osmar was great to work with. He maintained good contact in order to make sure the job was done right and timely. The workers were great! They are artisans and did a very professional job. Very easy to work with. This freeze storm we had did a number on a lot of us, but Osmar made sure we got back to a normal life. Many thanks again!

Needed exterior brick work after plumber broke pipe in wall doing repair after outside pipe break from February freeze. These guy did an amazing job and you can’t even see where the repair was done in my 26+ year old brick home. Great to work with, reasonable cost and I could not be more pleased. Recommended by a friend and they did not steer me wrong. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to hire them again if I need any masonry work done

I had Houston Pro Masonry come and do some brick repointing, sealing an expansion joint, and power washing. I’m extremely happy with how it turned out, I went to go check the spots a couple hours after the work was complete and I had a hard time even identifying where the crack used to be! Osmar was wonderful to work with and got me scheduled asap.

My experience with Houston Pro Masonry was first class... Osmar Gonzalez the owner was very professional and excellent with the estimate he gave. He sent the estimate & explained what the the job entailed... and he had his guys do just what was stated on the estimate. They pressure washed and repaired our Chimney and cleaned up behind themselves. Service was good quality! I would hire again if needed l.... and I would recommend to others!

Houston Pro Masonry did a wonderful job on our brick repairs. I can’t even find where the old issues were. Great job for a good price.

Osmar responded quickly to my call. We just wanted to repair some little problems due to house aging. The service was small and we were worried about not finding anyone. The price was fair and the repairs were done in less than a week from the quote received. Clean service and friendly staff.

My wife and I are incredibly happy with the work that Houston Pro Masonry did at our home. They were super professional, spot on with their repairs, and made our 50+ year old house look so much better. Thank you so much.

Houston Pro Masonry did a great job with the two small areas of brick repair on our house. Osmar( owner) was very quick to respond to my quote request. We were very impressed with Osmar’s communication and the quality of the repair. Highly recommend!

We reached out to Osmar and his crew after a hurricane that saw our ground floor kitchen windows and ceiling leaking. They discovered several cracks and weep-holes in our outward facing wall and around our windows. They efficiently worked in a single day to repair all cracks/holes while resealing the entirety of the front facing portion of my home. They did so for a very fair price and with a guarantee and a decent warranty. Osmar takes the time to speak to and explain all work to customers himself while also leading up this effort throughout. Moving forward I will use Houston Pro Masonry for preventative upkeep of my home.
