KA Construction HTX does amazing work. We had an iron fence installed and the team knocked it out in a single day! Great people to work with, always willing to answer questions, and very reasonable prices. I'd recommend this team to anyone looking to complete a small or large project.

I was recommend KA Construction to renovate our office. It's always a little scary going with a new contractor but KA did an amazing job.

They are fast and on time. Something you don't see very much these days with contractors. They were also very fair on pricing. Joe would show me a few options based on what I described and would screen shot the item with the price from their vendor which was very transparent.

Another thing that was nice was that they were able to anticipate issues before they happened and would ask us what we wanted to do beforehand which saved time, money, and effort.

Other than that, they do not sacrifice quality. Many of the fixtures in our office renovation were built by their wood shop. I was very impressed.

On time, fair prices, and quality work. I almost don't want to write this review they're already busy enough and I have a few projects I still want them to do!

Lastly, to put another feather in the cap. They also did our renovation during off hours. Nights and weekends so we could keep our normal operations going during the day.

KA Construction is awesome. I had quite a bit of work done to my townhome include replacing the roof and fixing numerous leaks in my ceiling and walls after Hurricane Beryl. Not only was the work done well and the price was very competitive, Joseph and his team just made the whole process so enjoyable which is rare in this business. He communicated with me daily and always gave me updates. He is extremely professional and responsive. He went above and beyond to make sure the quality of work was top notch. He went to my house numerous times before, during, and after the repairs to check on things to ensure quality. I will be trusting Joseph and his team for any and all work I need in the future. I had such a great experience! They were able to assist me quickly and helped clean out all the vents in my home and even took the time to clean the AC coil. I want to thank KA Construction for doing an outstanding job on our home project. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the results, and my wife is absolutely over the moon.

We’ve lived in our home for two years and hadn’t done much to it, mainly due to the chaos of having three kids under 8. We finally decided to move forward with several custom upgrades: a built-in desk for my office, fluted accents on our rotunda walls, picture framing in the living room, and beautifully crafted floating shelves and a cabinet near the fireplace. Every detail turned out better than we imagined.

Beyond the finished work, I was truly impressed with the KA crew. Everyone who entered our home was polite, respectful, and professional. They removed their shoes, laid down and taped protective walkways, cleaned up daily, and did their best to be minimally intrusive. They were accommodating with every request and always made sure we were happy. I told Joe, the owner, that his team is truly top-notch.

A few people deserve special recognition. Paul, our project manager, kept us informed daily about schedules, showed up on-site to ensure everything was running smoothly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every aspect of the project. His level of care and attention really stood out. Dennis did exceptional work on the rotunda—sanding, perfecting, and painting a very challenging curved surface with great attention to detail. And David, one of the painters, was incredibly meticulous with both stain and paint. He handled all of my touch-up requests with patience and professionalism, never once making me feel like I was asking too much.

Now that the project is complete, it has motivated my wife and me to clean, organize, and truly turn our house into a home. That motivation wouldn’t be there without the incredible work KA Construction delivered. Thank you again for an amazing experience and for getting us on the right track heading into 2026.

KA Housing provided quick and efficient service, fixing a broken window and installing custom lights to our satisfaction. Love that we get to change the light colors and brightness level! Paul was professional and prompt. Highly recommended them!
