Construction Company reviews in Houston, Texas

a very disorganized company, I do not recommend it for carriers, 4 hours to load, they do not respect the places of arrival, lousy service

Fast unloading

Helpful construction material supplier. Concrete tools, materials, colors, etc. Ask anyone for help, we normally speak with Alex in sales, and anyone would be glad to help you.

This company is the worst ever, #1 they over price from original price, Doble the amount #2 they charge you 25% of any item you wanna return "for restocking fee. #3 they wanna you to go and returned at different location and bring with a paper #4 they want to return your money with a check that you have to wait like a month to get your money back "because is their polices" very back experience and I'll never buy from them ever.
-
Very fast unloading 7-3pm fcfs
-
It's a little hard to get in to for unloading but once there you get out rather quick
-
Truckers make the left at the corner BEFORE you get to the address. You'll see the CMC signage on the fence, turn there. Driver all the way down and there will be signs to get you there. Pretty quick unload. All around good experience

In February 2016, I awarded Philip Rife of Course Construction the general contract for the build-out of our 5,000 sft retail space in Midtown for the Houston Branch of The Escape Hunt Experience. I was very pleased and satisfied with Course Construction for many reasons. These include:
- Delivers on his promises
- Controls his subs very well
- Finished the project on-time
- Great attention to details
- Communicates with the owner very well
- Friendly, respectful and professional
- Doesn't nickel and dime you with every little change
- Quality work
- Great follow-up
- I can trust him
I wrote this review because I believe that good businesses and business people should be rewarded with more business. I highly recommend them.

Don't know where to start other than Brizo construction from Corpus Christ TX & their non existing Corpus Christ TX office once they get their money they ghost, ignore, dissappear.
Our 80yr+ old house demolished. Hurricane Harvey was the final nail in the coffin. Brizo construction built the new house. The 1st manager was Austin, then less than a month A Jason Riojas took over. Things were fine until Brizo construction crew started drinking after framing started. They continued to drink Budlight beers (I have videos & pics). After the brizo crew left every day, I'd walk the entire site to pick up their empty beer cans & I'd collect (recycle) & throw in their massive dumpster (which they'd never throw their trash in, never cleaned up wherever they parked, trash in neighboring yards). Everyday for 3 months i'd pick up their trash, beers cans, empty cartons. When windows were installed, me & 1 of my kids did water test with garden house to check for leaks (we have vids, pics, audio) brought it up to Jason Riojas. I showed him 4ft from windows water test on all 9 "sTorm rAteD" windows each bottom corner has leaks. He didn't like the test that it turned into my wife calling the cops putting a restraining order on him to not be on our property & told Brizo about it. Brought up the windows leaks again to Brizo We were told the psi from a garden hose is to much/strong. My wife asked "how do we clean the windows"? They said "use a spray bottle" How are the windows "sTorM rAteD" if they can't handle garden hose psi? I also have vids, pics & audio of this. On the day of the home inspector was to be there to inspect, me & 1 of my kids did a water test. Leaks at all the windows, at front & back doors. All leaked at the bottom & at the corners. I took vids & pics of leaks. There was water & it was cleaned up by Brizo before the inspector showed up. At final last day, the exterior was power washed/rinsed by brizo crew. They left after they finished. There was water leaks at wi dows & doors. Wife & I thought "they used a gas powered pressure washer & we have to use a spray bottle"? At the walk thru (before keys to new house handed over to us) July 1 2022 9:50am Tim Hart Project manager & Tiffany Ramirez project coordinator walked us thru the new house, dos & don'ts, preventive maintenance. I have 1hr audio recording. At the signing on kitchen counter, Tiffany Ramirez said "allow the house 8 months to settle, if anything pops up let us know immediately so we can fix them. We only come out one time signals with index finger "1". Problems started Oct, Nov, December of 2022 thru Feb 0f 2023 with March 2023 as month 8 of Tiffany Ramirez/Brizo promised "1 time fix/repairs", The brand new microwave stopped working (I have pics, vids of diy testing as proof of complete failure), the rear/back door is complete useless & can't be opened. The 1st rain/thunderstorms in Corpus Christ Jan of 2023 & on my bday) caused the rear foundation to shift causing the rear/back door unusable to open/close. It's another load bearing/support wall. The rear door seal allows water in & can be seen how bad the door seal or lack of when light is off (pics & vids as proof). The rear/laundry room walls/doors have cracks, has been getting worse. Ever since the 1st rains/thunderstorms of Jan 2023, the new house built has been getting worse. The rear/laundry room door (dead bolt & lock) has to remain locked can't open/close at all if there's an emergency or fire we can't use that door. It's another wall, the kitchen sink leaks rusted the water lines water damaging the bottom of sink (paid CCAC to fix after 4yrs of water leaks), the microwave stopped working Oct 2022, The master bedroom has a large (getting worse) ceiling crack, unusable rear door due to foundation shifting, dining/laundry/kitchen/living room walls & ceiling cracks getting worse. Brizo sent "Emilio " 10-11-23 at 9:44am gave him pics. I have pics, vids, audio recordings from day 1 4-18-22 9am (demo) to 7-1-22 Tim Hart, Tiffany Ramirez congrats on ur house+ 1 time promis fix & still waiting. It's 4-28-26 -
