There is craftsmanship in my home. And this means Brizo Construction did more than assemble a makeshift house. The windows are awesomely solar blocking. Appliances are good brands. The details like the trim, bathroom drains, knobs, paint is done masterfully. And I am so greatful and happy. Amen.

I had my first meeting with Frank from Brizo this week.
The meeting was superb Frank had very good communication skills. He showed and explained the floor plans, finishes, selections, and was able to answer an array of questions.
I am looking forward to see how the project materializes over the next several months.

Excellent customer service & understanding from the office staff and construction of my new home was quick. January 24,2022 they demolished my old home & on March 25,2022 i was signing the closing , got the keys to my new home and moving in. So 2 months & 1 day is not bad time to build a house from start to finish including almost a week for concrete slab foundation to set before they could continue the construction. The house is very energy sufficient as its very well insulated..

My experience with Brizo Construction was awesome! I'm loving my new home..Thanks to all who were involved with the Construction and process. Each and every time I had a question or concern, I was given immediate attention, and I thankful.

We went through hurricane Michael in 2018. We were hooked up with this company in March 2022 and they basically rebuilt my home from the ground up in 3 months or so. The quality of work seems to be excellent so far. We had a few minor issues but, they were taken care of right away. In fact, it seems that they were extremely fast to respond and correct the problems. This is where I would like to give my utmost respect and gratitude to Justin Barham, the superintendent/estimator in charge of our project. He answered whatever questions we had and was also the one who called about the water leak issue we had. He was quick to respond and had the problem fixed immediately. To us, he went above and beyond our expectations and should commended. His professionalism and courteousness made what was a horrible event in 2018 into an incredible dream in 2022. Thank you, sir, for all you and your team has done for us. I know that Brizo Construction handles a lot of disaster rebuilds and if you ever in the need, pray these folks are there to help. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Brizo Construction built my home they where very professional all the staff that was involved. They would let me know on every step that was going on at the house. If I had any questions they where quick to answer. I was very happy with the turn out of my home. If you are looking to build a home look into Brizo Construction.

My mom is loving and enjoying her new home thanks to Brizo construction! She is now able to sleep peacefully and comfortable. Her house is beautiful, we all love it and are so happy for her. The process was quick and all the employees from the people at the office to the workers were all so respectful, courteous and very helpful when it came down to questions being answered. Brizo Construction was the best throughout the built of our new home. Every step of the way they kept us informed of the process and finish on time. Our home is beyond expectations, and the professionalism of the staff was outstanding. Mr. Frank and Mr. Dan where awesome. Our home is perfect and they made it with the same care and detail as if they were building their own home. We are blessed to have a crew that took us in consideration in every step. My first home building experience was a stress free process. Brizo construction came in on the scheduled date and began to work. I was so pleased with my Construction Manager Mr. Ernesto, he kept me informed on all preparation details and answered all my silly questions. Thank you Brizo for my quality built home. My home will last many life times.

ZERO stars would more accurately reflect my opinion of Brizo Construction. They were paid $315,000 (of taxpayer money) to tear down my old house and build a new one. They did the task and managed to build it with dozens of serious flaws. My lawsuit will be filed soon, unless they step up to the plate... which is highly doubtful. Frank Polivka and Dan Lewis are both dishonest, incompetent, unprofessional and unethical!

These guys always do a great job and always finish on time. Been using them a few years now and never disappointed. From plumbing, Sheetrock, tile, siding work, roofing, to electrical work I’ve used them at my home and neighbors as well.

This company installed a completely new bathroom in our home. It looks wonderful and functions perfectly. They also pained our baby’s room to perfection. The service is excellent and the workers are diligent and take pride in there work.

Urban Craftsman built my house and 2 others that they are currently advertising on their website. They did extremely poor work, to the point of gross negligence. All three of the houses built have foundation issues within 6 years of being built, which resulted in the foundations requiring repair paid for out of pocket by the home owners because they will not honor their builders warranty. Additionally, all three houses have had water had significant water damage due to the poor quality instillation / build of the exterior siding and roofs on the home. Do not use this builder, you will regret it within 5 years.
