Best electrical company ever

Truck 114 is a bad driver.

Very friendly and knowledgeable.

One of your employees tried to run me off the road this morning , disgusting behavior don’t use a company that has employees like this.

On time did a great job in a short amount of time hooking up a 460V motor

Tried to switch lanes and had plenty of room (two car lengths or more) and your van purposely sped up trying to make it where I couldn't but I was able to get over and he honked at me like he didn't just do what he did. Then when we got to light harassed me. Once through the light he made it where I couldn't go around by driving slow(talking 45 mph on a 55mph road). Later when I turned off the road he drove by honking again. Astounds me how a company has so many bad reviews for this exact same thing and still has not fixed the issue apparently. Would not recommend this company solely based on their drivers with their bad attitude. Van number was 123 license plate HSN 2688.

If your home warranty company schedules them for you do yourself a favor and request a different company to provide the service

This company can not communicate what’s going on, the closest appointments are always a week or so away
If you ever have a problem that’s urgent they will delay it way more than necessary

Jamaris came out because we had a washing machine hose clogged. He was very professional and very friendly. He made sure I knew what he was going to do before he did it.

Scott showed up on time was polite and knowledgeable, he shared tips how to handle the situation if it occurred again (leak stopped). Leak may be from the roof.

They said they would come between 8-12. At noon I called them. They said they had to reschedule for 2-6 but they hadn’t bothered to tell me that. At 6 pm I received a text saying that they were on their way but they never showed up.

Nick did a terrific job. He was even mice enough to clean out a drain for. I was extremely impressed with his service.

Jamaris was on time, quickly assessed the problem, corrected the situation, and explained the repair. We would recommend SAP to friends and neighbors.

Nick of SAP was brilliant--friendly, efficient, professional, and excellent at what he does. I'd definitely call them (and ask for Nick!) again.
