First thing I can say is horrible management. Horrible management. Not only was the service tech so rude and disrespectful but when I simply tried to call in and report him the office manager lady was so nasty and literally hung up in my face and did not allow me to explain the situation
The work was poorly done and I wiould never recommend using the service and never recommendnever recommend you using this service

Literally just finished watching the crew finish a job at my home recommended by my Boss the roof has been leaking for months damage to the ceiling and hardwood floor but the real problem was when the pipes burst damaged everything in the living room and kitchen they practically remodeled everything in our home I’m so happy with my boss recommend me this company highly recommend them for any remodeling needs Sheetrock wood floor kitchen remodeling and more their really good you won’t be disappointed

Our door was not closing properly and not safe so we called a few companies and none replied so we decided to do it ourselves well we failed definitely a pro job on our way back we seen a sign that said big or small we do it all remodeling company as we walked in they treated us with respect they even had a lock on hand us legacy thanks a lot our home is safe because of you even though our job was small they helped us they were done 1:11 am and thanks a-lot our t home is safe because of you all

You guys rock 💪. called these guys to come check out the plumbing in our business we have a chicken wing restaurant they were fast clean and knowledgeable they also fixed the electrical panel our soda machine was not working we where about to close but this company stayed late to help us operate the next day saving us thousands of dollars in revenue I highly recommend them been in the restaurant business for 30 years and they treated me like family that to me is gold thanks alot I will call you from now on

My experience with this company was beyond extraordinary! I wish I could put more stars. I was recommended by this company and they were open 24/7 like they say in their page u couldn’t believe it because our plumbing busted at night ; they literally came immediately when we called to shut the water off because it damaged our furniture and personal belongings. We called the other companies ( Nobody responded. ) say it thank you so much. I wish I could put 1000 stars.

I recently hired Legacy Remodeling for several projects around my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They remodeled our stairs, upgraded our restroom, and transformed our kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops and custom cabinets. They also repaired our siding, handled concrete work, and took care of electrical and plumbing issues. Their team was professional, efficient, and the quality of work was absolutely fabulous. Turnkey did a fantastic job remodeling a bathroom, updating cabinets and drawers and painting the interior and exterior of our home.The crew arrived on time every day and cleaned up the site before leaving in the evening. The crew was experienced, professional and worked well together. All work was completed when promised. The actual cost of the project was as quoted with no surprise charges. The quality of the finished project was excellent. We will definitely call on Turnkey for future home projects.

Bob Dimon the owner backed up his sales pitch.My house built in 1967 needed a remodel.Bob came in with great ideas and executed them perfectly.If I had an issue Bob took care of it.I couldn't be happer.I had all new doors put in.original kitchen had slow close drawers installed,pantry custom built shelves,new slow close doors hung.Had complete interior paint job.I had a door entry removed.Recessed lighting installed in 3 rooms.my 2 nieces recently had terrible experiences with contractors so I was nervous.The owner Bob came by several times to checkon project.finished the job right on time.Used his own crews.Highly recommend.

Broken promise. Guess my outdoor painting project was insignificant but it isn't to me or the structural integrity of my house. After agreement and my approval al I recieved were two re-schedules and a no show on the third. I gave up with severe disappointment. Too bad because the gentleman really seemed knowledgable, eager and reliable.

Bob is a great guy and cares for his customers. He's not trying to overprice his work. Just an honest guy with over 20+ years of experience!

Great job, done timely, fairly priced

My Mom has been wanting the Kitchen of her dreams for quite sometime. Finally on her 35th Anniversary, my Father and I were able to give her what she always wanted. Thanks to Bob and Turnkey Painting and Remodeling they made my mother and father extremely happy

This company did descent texturing work in my bathroom though it wasn't the texture I asked for. I asked for knockdown and got orange peel, whatever, it looks fine I didn't make a fuss. The workers had to repair damaged sheetrock and the sealer they had wasn't effective so they stopped and went to the store to get an oil based one. Well the part that lowers their rating to a 2 is they were supposed to come back and complete 2 other projects that was on my contract but they never came back and no one would respond to my text or voicemail.
