I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews for stores like this, but this time I felt like I truly had to.

I’ve visited this Home Depot a couple of times, and both times I had the pleasure of being helped by Martín, who works in the Garden department. Out of all the Home Depot locations I’ve been to across the United States, Martín has honestly been the most pleasant and genuinely helpful person I’ve encountered.

He doesn’t just assist you—he does it with such a kind attitude, patience, and professionalism that really stands out. His help is always clear, relevant, and efficient, but what truly makes the difference is how warm and approachable he is.

The only reason I’m writing this review is because of him. You can truly tell he’s a great human being, and that kind of energy makes a big impact on the customer experience.

Home Depot is lucky to have someone like Martín in their team.

Good place to buy home appliances

I tried to call the store on the number that they have posted and it's a wrong number and it sends me to delivery

Have never had a problem go there often.They beat lowes prices and have a wider selection

I went there to buy crates the only two they had or broken Robert from flooring was very helpful spent a very long time searching for the rest of the boxes but he never gave up on it and I so appreciated it. so some other lady was like I can't find them but you can go to another store and get them that is not good customer service you don't send someone to another location because you're too lazy to look thank you Robert for all your help!

How is someone supposed to get the material that high!! The reps says is management's and if they put it at the bottom they get in trouble. This is the only home depot we been to that is doing this. This is a hazard!

Had the pleasure of David from superior home performance come out and test our water. We made the jump and got the water softener and reverse osmosis system. Best decision we’ve made thus far. Difference is seen and felt in my hair and on my clothes! Definitely recommend them.

Had my system installed 8 months ago. We use the R.O. system to fill our ice trays. At first the ice was almost crystal clear. When it started coming out white I called to get a service call. It took several calls with leaving messages before I got a call back. Said I wasn't due for filter service until August but they would send someone to check it out. Nobody ever showed up. I called again several times, still haven't heard from them. I wasn't asking for anything difficult or time consuming, just check it out. The reason I'm leaving this review is because the system was very expensive, so the equipment and service should be excellent but they aren't.

It seems I'm not the only one that has crappy customer service, 3 months with this water system and the drinking water filter system is not working. I have no response from Luis , supposedly the owner nor the three offices I have reached out to. O out of 10! DO NOT BUY FROM SUPERIOR HOME PERFORMANCE!! I have yet to see samples for the soaps, and still waiting for the shed as the system was installed outside. Poorest Professionalism from a company. I am at the point of ripping this system off and sending it to their office! I don't care if this will affect my credit score! I am not paying for something that has no service which by the way Luis offered 24/7 technical service. Bunch of Bull!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my system. I have saved over a hundred a month in water purchases and have been able reduce allergies to hard water with my system which is amazing. My representative that did water test with Chad was easy and informative as well as affordable units. The unit was installed easily. The customer service manager Katherine was amazing she called and made follup appointment to check system and ensure satisfaction the first 60 days of use. She was so knowledgeable and courteous I couldn't be more happy with my choice to choose superior. If u haven't looked into before please reach out to them today you'll wish u had sooner.

Laura did an amazing job at demonstrating the water filter system. She was professional and respectful with our time. Response to our questions and concerns after the installation, were responded to in a timely manner.

We have enjoyed our new system so much. We could tell a big difference right away considering how hard our water was. Superior Home Performance of Texas has been great to work with from start to finish. Chad helped test our water and walk us through the benefits. He did a great job explaining everything and wasn't pushy trying to get a sale. Highly recommend getting your water filtration system from this company.

Been 2 months since install. Very professional company.

Been a customer for over 2 years. Had a issue however these guys took care of it ASAP! Great service

To start, we had our water tested and decided to go with this company to improve the quality of our water. The installation was immediate and we were pleased with that part and that part alone. After the installation we were told by Louis they would return to build a protective shack around our water softener system because they have to install it on the outside of our new home. Since the installation we have had issues getting in contact with Louis to install this protection. Furthermore, when we signed the financing paperwork we were not told nor did the paperwork reflect that the account being set up would be a revolving credit account instead of a loan account. To my surprise this morning I woke up and saw notifications from my credit monitoring apps showing a 40+ point drop in my credit. What they did was make this a line of credit with a 74% credit utilization balance, hence the large drop in my credit score. We were also promised within a week they would deliver us samples for soaps and other hygiene items we would be getting a free subscription to. This has still not happened. Lastly, the hole in the wall out of house they had to drill was not caulked and properly sealed up. Overall rating of 0-10 due to the poor communication, and poor customer service. Once they get paid they put us on the back burner and we were are still are left with the burden of uncertainty in terms of the incomplete tasks that need to be done. This install happened very early July and here we are now 2 months later in September. I highly do not recommend this company.
**UPDATE****
Louis personally came out to our home and is working to make things right. He brought us soaps to sample smells so we can proceed to picking and receiving our products. He delivered a replacement shed as well and explained the unfortunate back order of sheds that were supposed to be delivered previously. We appreciate his time and care to fix our issues. We are working towards a solution for the credit issue. Thank you Louis.
