We have used Fly HVAC for many many years, and have recommended them to others and they in turn have given great praise to this business. This particular visit was for an installation of a whole-house dehumidifier to replace an old worn out dehumidifier that has been like a work-horse. This visit arrival was on time, all work done (from removing the old system to installing the new system) was done in 1 hour. Very quickly in my opinion.

There is more that can be said from challenges that our home has had in the past and Fly HVAC solved what other teams of professionals could not, but rest assured that you are in honest good working hands with this company.

Fly HVAC is beyond a doubt the most honest and professional AC company I've dealt with in 5 decades worth of dealing with with them in the houston climate. Whether it is the commercial environment or residential.This was for home (residential ). Initial call back was thorough in questioning in regards to the situation, with his professional response as to how he would address this. He (Randy) said they would be here at a certain time and they were. No excuses of traffic or woke up late or can we reschedule. After a short introduction, Randy promptly got to work. Randy and his team worked efficiently to address the issue. His communications led to a prompt resolution as it should be . There is no doubt that Randy and his team at Fly HVAC are the folks to call for AC needs !!!

Randy Fly and team are amazing! His guys are tenured employees that work like a finely tuned machine. Me being a contractor of 43 years was most impressed in all the details of prepping the site, final clean-up and workmanship. They replaced all my ducts and registers… and I could not tell that anyone was here to do this messy job after they left! Very impressive! Randy personally did a final check after completion! I highly recommend FlyHVAC for any AC/Heat work!

Randy Fly has been taking care of our HVAC needs for about 15 years. He also takes care of my parents house. He is stuck with us forever. He is so knowledgeable and just a top notch kind person.

Randy is extremely knowledgeable about the details that mattered to us. When our old freon system failed he proposed a great solution at a reasonable cost, and the installation was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend!

Great service. Randy came to inspect the issue with my AC unit and suggested honest solutions to fix it. He performed the service on the spot and got my AC back up and running. The fee was fair and expected. It was a straight up no-nonsense type of service that is difficult to find these days. I'm sticking with them for future repairs. Recommended.

Over the past year, we have had countless contractors come out to look at our commercial AC unit. After their inspection, I would receive a 5 figure quote and was left with little explanation as to what needed to be done, and for what reasoning. To be completely honest, when we reached out to Randy to come give us a quote, I had expected the same experience, however it was nothing of the sort. Randy took the time to explain every little detail to me and answered every single one of my questions, no matter how silly it was. I had a detailed quote in my email, less than 10 hours later and then he still took the time to answer questions after that. I didn’t feel like I was being sold, but rather I was being informed of exactly where my money was going and why. I’ve been lucky enough to have Randy’s help on our aging AC (2004? 2024?) since we bought our 1940 house back in 2018 (and he was working for another company, hadn’t yet gone out in his own).
