Driving down 220 in Shreveport. The driver DID NOT have his tanker hose fully disconnected and strapped down the correct way. As I was passing this truck (not staying on the side of hood trailer) we hit a groove on the highway when the nozzle on his hose bounce and burst through my window WHERE MY TWO TEST OLD SON WAS SITTING IN HIS CAR SEAT!!!!!!! The driver refused to stop. Street finally talking with the salesman and safety rep, whom both seemed apologetic, the safety rep's boss basically called me a liar and said it was impossible for something like that to happen. After that trying to get in touch with more people at their offices for assistance was impossible. After so many calls and leaving voicemails no one returned my calls. I was not looking for a lawsuit. I would have loved to be reimbursed for my window (I took that as a loss and simply counted my blessings since it could've been worse!) but more than that That driver needed to be reported. Someone else may not be as lucky with the minimal damage.
