I couldn't recommend this electric company more! Allen responded promptly to my request, was on time, plainly described the issues I was experiencing and was also able to quote the most competiive price I'd received among others.

He rewired our electric panel and installed a generator-grade plug which was incredibly handy during outages in last years storms. Enjoyed his help so much, we had him back out to install new lighting in the our living room of our home. It looks fantastic! It was easy to tell Allen knew exactly what he was doing. He even took the time to explain certain aspects as he went, which I found helpful. Big thanks to Balanced Electric, my top recommendation for electrical services in the greater Houston area!

Overall great experience. Easy to get in touch with, good communication, and showed up on time. They completed a pretty big job in one day, working straight through from 9-6. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Fast, professional, and affordable. I had residual issues from last summer’s hurricane that were just now showing up and not easy to find. Balanced Electric found the problems and coordinated with Centerpoint to quickly repair issues in their equipment and in mine. Allen has done work for me several times now and every time he has done great work at a very, very fair price. He is my go to Master Electrician! He shows up on time, cleans up the site when he is done, and always does a good job. Sure, I could have saved money with a handyman, but it’s not worth risking my families safety to save $200. Allen and his crew did a great job running a new line to my HVAC disconnect that had been damaged. They made time to get to me quickly and finish the job the same day to get my air conditioner back up and running again. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

I absolutely cannot recommend him enough. He went so far above and beyond for us. We called him because the breaker for our fridge wouldn’t reset and all of our food was getting warm. He came over, took a look at some things and realized that 3 of our breakers were incorrectly labeled. He re labeled them for us, reset the appropriate breakers. Our fridge turned on with no repairs required and our dishwasher turned on as well (we thought our dishwasher was broken for months but never bothered to fix it). He also let us know that it wasn’t the breaker for our garbage disposal that was broken, it was the garbage disposal itself. He sent us a link to the garbage disposal he purchased for his home. He did all of this in a single visit in about an hour and only charged us the cost for diagnostics. He’s absolutely incredible I would never hire anyone else
