Balanced Electric LLC Houston, TX replaced my dryer’s electrical outlet and showed me what the issue was. The technician was friendly, worked quickly, and charged a fair price. I called Allen at 10am and he was able to come at 12:00pm and finished before 1:30. Great experience!

Allen was beyond amazing in his help with my rental during the winter storm. He was responsive and fair in his diagnostic and pricing and managed all of the moving parts with the city, Centerpoint, permitting, and dealing directly with my tenants. He took a very potentially dangerous situation and fixed it for us quickly, efficiently, and safely. He worked througout the weekend and in the cold to help solve our voltage imbalance issue. WOW. When I walked out to our shed this morning and discovered the power was out I searched our facebook group for an electrician recommendation. I saw Balanced Electric come up a couple of times and called Allen. He was at our house in under a half hour, diagnosed the issue immediately, shared some tips with me on how to prevent it in the future and went out of his way to educate me on some of the quirks of our house. Allen did a wonderful job getting an EV charger installed in my new home. He provided a quick and thorough quote at a fair price, and it was not an easy installation as the electrical panel was full and on the other side of the house from where I needed the outlet. Once I approved the work, he got right to it and did an excellent job. The city inspection passed on the first try. He’s very honest and professional and I will hire him for future electrical work without a doubt.
