Staff was great. Company was great in dispatching the electrician out the same day as they received my claim from warranty company. Eliud, the electrician, was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went about correcting the problem. Very professional.

Jacob Was AMAZING! We were out of power on one side of our home for a week! We had another company come out twice and they could not figure it out. He came to our home and was determined to fix the issue and HE DID! WE CAN SEE AGAIN!!

Had Eluid come to our house to repair an outlet. The electrician was knowledgeable and courteous when explaining the repair. The office staff was also extremely professional when handling our home warranty claim. Will definitely use again!

I had the pleasure of having Mariano come to service my home. He always showed up ahead of schedule and was so professional and courteous. He did follow up calls with me until the job was complete and done right. He even called my home owners insurance himself to get approval for the work. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer. I will never call anyone else. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

My husband and I noticed that some of our electrical outlets were not working. The electrician, Eliud came out promptly. He even waited for me as I was a little late for the appointment. He was patience and checked all my outlets. He found the problem and got it fixed very quickly. I was impressed at how he even tried to explain to me the steps he took to correct the problem.
I also would like to say that the receptionist who scheduled me had great customer service. All in all I will be calling this company whenever service is needed.

This was my second time getting service from Red Nova energy and it was an incredible experience, just as the last time. Always on time, professional, and patient! Jacob was great and helped resolve all our issues professionally and quick!

Eliud was amazing. Professional yet friendly, quick to diagnose the problem and prepared to fix it immediately. He handled everything necessary with the home warranty company and really put my mind at ease over an electrical issue I’ve been worried about for quite some time.

On Nov. 22, 2017. I had my 1st scheduled appointment with Red Nova after reading their reviews online & I cancelled with a competitor who had less favorable reviews.

I knew I had extensive problems(light switches, breakers); you name a electrical problem I'm sure I had that also. I literally did NOT have light in my staircase. My switch was ruined & so many problems. It's very dangerous walking upstairs in the dark. Honestly, I just bought this Home warranty and I was uncomfortable because I FELT that Home Warranties MAY BE a JOKE(just short of a scam) considering all the horror stories out there.

Well I had the pleasure of meeting the World's BEST Electrician; Eluid. He gave me light in my staircase!! & I'm very grateful. Eluid is very polite and respectful OF & IN your home.

I'm experienced with Customer Service for over 20 years. Eluid & Angel(helper) are ambassadors of exemplary customer service. I even had a awesome experience with Carla who works in the office. She was polite and kept me informed with several phone calls. I needed additional work and I needed a authorization from the Warranty company....well Red Nova worked with the home warranty & me; I was approved, scheduled & totally repaired in 9 days(December 1st) from my initial appointment. That is remarkable considering we had the Thanksgiving holiday to deal with as well.

Wow...Red Nova should offer consulting to other companies in the market on how to be professional and truly make the customer feel they have an equal concern with repairing their problems. WHO really wants to deal with poor and unprofessional customer service at your home? Call Red Nova & save yourself from the headache.

I'm SOOOOO. pleased & impressed that I wrote this heartfelt and long review because I would lIke to help others. Personally, I plan to have a long relationship with Red Nova.

Jacob was very professional and showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and told me about the problem and how I could avoid having issues in the future. He assessed and fixed the issue sooner than expected and for that I am thankful. Thank you Jacob.

My home warrant company sent the Red Nova Energy to service the wall outlets. I received a service call reminder a day before the appointment and again on the day of the appointment where I explain the issue to the electrician. Eluid, the electrician, arrived at the time estimated. He was very professional, courteous and very knowledgable. His work ethics was also excellent and even cleaned up small amount of dust that fell from the replaced wall outlet. I am truly impressed by his attention to detail and the quality of the work! He explained the issue very clearly and what he did to resolve it. He even identied/replaced another outlet which was potentially causing the GCFI to keep tripping. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend others to use them! Please continue to provide such excellent customer service and don’t change!

Jacob was the 4th electrician to come to my house to try and figure out my electrical issues. He found it within the first hour of being at our home. Very professional and personable. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about this company, especially Jacob, one of their electricians! I used them as a second opinion for a ceiling problem in high ceiling LR and glad I did! My first estimate was miss diagnosed but Jacob was able to fix the real problem and save me a lot of money.

I have never had a good and honest electrician until today. Red Nova Energy was the service under my home warranty plan. I was expecting the same old I have fixed it but it was NOT repaired. Eliud Monteil was awesome. He was very kind and respected me and my home. He worked at a pace in which he could explain to me what he was preparing and why. Something that no other electrian did until today. The response to my breaker issue was scheduled quickly and on my schedule. I can't not truly express my gratitude for the customer service but have to say Eliud took home the prize. Don't hesitate to use him and this provider.

Mariano and team are totally on top of it...pricing, responsiveness and communication, quality of work - can't be beat. I had a unique job for the team, outfitting a barndo with interior wiring supplied by an exterior transfer box connected to a generator. Mariano worked with me and the challenging location (no driveway, lots of rocks, out in the middle of nowhere!) to get this job done right the first time. He and his team work quickly, and he's extremely knowledgeable. Mariano is able to answer any questions you have - and has likely accounted for the answers before you even asked :) Will definitely be relying on this crew in the future for additional electrical needs. Mr. Jacob Gutierrez of Red Nova Energy finally solved the electrical problem in my house after two different electrical companies were not able to fix the problem. This is my first time using Red Nova Energy and I am very impressed by Jacobs knowledge and professionalism. His helper Yudet was also very good at his job. My wife and I had an electrical panel installed today and we are very happy with the work performed. We will definitely keep Red Nova Energy in mind for our future electrical needs. Jacob and Jose were professional and on time! Great guys and very knowledgeable. Jacob explained what the problem was with living room ceiling fan. Red Nova Energy made sure to communicate and follow up with me every step of the way (part was on backorder). Once my part came in, Jacob and Jose came back out and installed it. The fan started right up. Will definitely be doing business with them again
