Red Nova Electric has been to my home twice now. I would like to commend Eliud & Jacob, the two that came out to resolve electric issue. Both of these men went out of their way to give great service. They also gave me a few electric safety tips which were greatly appreciated in response to some of my questions. They are both very knowledgeable and did a great job. I will recommend this company to anyone needing any electric service. A lot of experience and very nice people.

Jacob and Hugo are not only the BEST technicians at Red Nova Energy but in the Houston land area as well. They provided A1 service. They were on time, professional and experienced. For the moment Red Nova Energy’s office contacted me (via my home warranty company) they were professional & a pleasure to work with. The electrician, Jacob, was just as professional. He explained everything thoroughly so I could understand the problem & what needed to be done to fix it. Jacob also has a great personality! I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience w/this company & Jacob, deserved to be recognized for their wonderful service. If I have electrical issues again, I will definitely use them!!

They came promptly. They found the problem (which had flummoxed many) and repaired it immediately. An ongoing problem has been eliminated. And my house isn’t in danger of burning down. Worth every penny.
