Go ahead and call this company if you want to waste your time. They were supposed to come by between 1-4 today. I called at 3:30 to see if I could get an update on when they were supposed to arrive. They said that someone would contact me in a couple of minutes. After waiting an hour I called back and was told that they would arrive around 5 pm. They never showed up and didn't call to let me know. I wouldn't mind if they were late or got stuck at another job and couldn't make it out until the following day because things do happen but they should at least have called to inform me.
