Earlier I had DM Electrical install a Gererac and was extremely pleased with with the whole process so when I wanted to replace some old ceiling fans I knew I would get excellent service from them and I was not disappointed. They are honest and dependable and their employees are very courteous.

I have had a great experience with both Christian and DME Electrical! It’s always a relief to know you’re getting top-notch service, especially when it comes to something as important as backup power. Christian is a pro, making sure everything was up to par and checking the unit’s performance too. It’s nice when a company goes the extra mile.

I have used another company for the maintenance of my generator. My generator hasn’t come on when it’s supposed to for almost two years, even after repeated attempts to fix it. So, i decided I needed new eyes on it.I won’t know if the work they did on my generator will be enough for my generator to work when it’s needed, but they did find issues and fixed things that needed fixing. They spoke knowledgably and were professional. If my generator works when it’s needed, I will be switching to them for future maintenance.

My husband and I recently paid for service to be done on our house’s generator, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company. Not only did the repair time take hours longer than they had originally told us to expect, but they were late and the communication was lackluster to say the least. My husband was out working while they were over and normally he would be the one to handle this kind of thing but since he could not make it, and I had some time before my own appointments, I figured it would still work. I even called to confirm the time of the appointment, asking how long it would take and was reassured it would be done in a timely fashion. Well it was not. Now that was inconvenient for sure but imagine my frustration when a month later, it goes out again. I called them to make a complaint and ask that they come out to fix it again but they wanted me to pay another service fee on a service they didn’t do correctly the last time. My advice? DO NOT hire this company for your electrical problems because now my lights are out, my air conditioning is down and my kids are cold, playing pillow fort with the flashlights from our weather hazard kit.

DM Electrical and Construction technicians arrived perfectly on time and got to work quickly and efficiently. The lead technician, Chris, kept me informed of everything they were doing, including when they were about to test the generator. Both technicians, Chris and Juan, were friendly and respectful. Thank you for a job well done!

Chris & Juan Carlos handled our scheduled generator maintenance and installation of a cellular extender for the mobile app. They arrived within the promised time window and performed the work required efficiently and comprehensively. They explained everything they did, and they couldn't have been more professional or courteous. I'm happy to have entered into a service agreement with DM Electrical, because it gives me confidence that our generator will work when we need it.

DM Electrical and Construction came to my home today to perform a light fixture install on my 2-story front entry. Durell and William were both courteous and professional. They were here approx 20 mins and before they left they picked up their tools and whatever trash was lying aroung and left me with a working light again! I couldn't be happier with the quality of service, the attention to detail, or the price. It went exactly as it should have and thats saying a lot in this day and age. I will definitely hire them again for any future eletrical projects.

Juan Carlos was outstanding! Getting a service scheduled was quick and easy. Provided step-by-step explanation of everything that he did to service my generator. I wish all companies in Houston were this efficient and effective! Call them…you won’t be disappointed!

David knows electricity! I have a 90 year old home and lost electricity because of an electrical spark that could have been a very serious issue and I was going out of town the next day. David came to my rescue and was very professional, confident, and gave me a reasonable price especially since he had to make two separate trips for supplies. He wore protective gear and was friendly! Said he’s been in the electricity business 40 years!! After telling him how I appreciated the “lady” who answered the phone was nice and professional and I was thankful to get an appointment under two hours on a federal holiday, he told me that’s his sweet wife!

DM Electric is a pleasure to do business with. Response time isincredible. I worked with Margo and Devan, and they are extremely professional. They offer much better service and response time than my previous generator company. I would highly recommend them.
