I'd recommend DM Electrical to anyone for residential electrical work. I've had them do two jobs for me so far. Their electricians have replaced the main breaker panel in my home and they've also run conduit for a new 240VAC drop (HVAC compressor).

They did excellent, professional-grade work. They were also very quick to provide quotes and their quotes are extremely detailed. I especially recommend Cole.

No comparison to these people. They are generator experts. They show up on time, take care of the problem and no bull! Certainly glad I found them.

DM Electrical installed a backup generator after the storm. I appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness of the team. They kept me updated on the timeline and city inspection process. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience with DM and would definitely recommend them to others.

Mr Christian and crew came by today for a "health check". Mr. Christian has been involved with this project from almost the beginning and has done a great job. When I see him showing up I knew / know it would be done right and with professionalism.

Technicians Rubio, Christian, & Juan Carlos serviced my Generac. They communicated when would arrive and were on time. They were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. After servicing unit they checked to make sure the unit transfer switch operated correctly.

The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to resolve our generator problems in one visit and ran several test to ensure that the systems worked properly. We would always use DM Electrical and recommend them as a 5 star service provider.

The owner and technicians at DM Electrical went above and beyond to fix a problem with my generator that they weren’t responsible for. I can’t say enough about how helpful they were in communicating with the generator company and making it right.

I had a generator installed by a prior owner using a company that had stopped doing generators. It was really hard to find a company to maintain it, these folks are happy to. They are also fast and responsive whenever I have a problem with it. And the service is always friendly and pleasant. A really good company in a market sector where there aren't many really good companies.

We had a Generac installed by DM Electric several years ago. Recently, it stopped running it's self test and the green light turned red. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online, which I appreciate because it was the weekend. Christian and Juan Carlos arrived at the appointed time and quickly resolved the issue. They also serviced it and ran through a power outage simulation to be sure it was working properly. We're in the middle of hurricane season, so it is vital that it will run when we need it to. Not only that, but Christian connected it to my wifi which I had not been able to do, which I also appreciate very much. Thank you, DM Electrical!

Love their work on my barrel tile roof. Complete maintenance with corking, replacing all broke and cracked tiles. Detailed all work and showed proof with before and after pictures. Lots of pictures. I’m completely satisfied.

Update 10/15/2025: Beginning in January of 2025 this company has repeatedly failed to follow through on their promises to reimburse the money they owe us. Their public statements claiming their intent to pay are not supported by action. We stand by our review and will continue to pursue full recovery through legal channels.

Update: We paid DM Electrical and Construction $14,375.54 in June 2024 for the installation of a Generac home generator. When our HOA denied our request in December 2024, the company refunded only $7,000.00 and has not returned the remaining balance despite repeated promises. We’ve had to file a claim in small claims court. Very disappointing experience — be cautious.

If you do not have prior HOA approval for the placement of your Generac, DO NOT pay this company in full upfront regardless of any discount offered. Our HOA declined our request and we are still waiting for our refund.

Came and fixed my issue quickly and explained what my issue was. Great service and will definitely call them again if I have any issues in the future.
