Brought some switches back from a mistake that was made not on their part I believe, but they helped me with the return and new switches quick , fast and in a hurry . Great customer service up front and at will call .

Waited 1 and a half hour for 3feet of cable . Still didn’t get it have to come back later. 5 other contractor all waiting on their stuff being pulled. Worse warehouse to go to. Better luck at their other location.

I have ordered here multiple times recently and they manage to get it wrong every time. Also not ready by the time they say it will be every single time.

Delivery Drivers Beware!
The Dispatchers are very rude They work their Delivery Drivers like Slaves.They make sure that you don’t get back to the warehouse on time for the second route At 12 By giving you way too many stops when other people would get 7 or 8 stops I would get 13 stops so I WOULD NOT GET MY LUNCH BREAK!
(This would happen about 3 times out of the week)
And I worked there for 2 months
after I informed Kenny (Dispatcher) multiple times!that I wasn’t getting my lunch.
He was very rude and had a very bad attitude towards me.
He just ignored to what I had told him and did the same thing everyday.
Nobody There listens to what you have to say.
This was the worst part.
On my last week there,
They made me train a New Driver
I taught him everything he needed to know.
And one week goes by from training with me,
and they decide to fire me without giving me a notice or anything.
I found it kinda odd because the guy that trained me on my first day (For one day) Fell asleep and wasn’t very specific on what I had to do.
I had to learn everything On my own.
All and All don’t waste your time with this company they will use you as a Work Horse and Wont get any recognition for your work, there is no room for promotions improvement there.
I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS JOB TO ANYONE!

Wouldn’t recommend doing business with these CROOKS on my worst enemy. Paid cash for an order that ended up needing to be returned. Not only did it take TWO WEEKS of me hounding them to receive my refund after I had already given them the inventory back, I was charged 30% (yes, you read that correctly) “restocking fee.” They just made out with $500 to put 3 items and a handful of fuses back on the shelf.

The white, heavyset lady at the reception desk was really rude. I was looking for my online order that had an issue, and before I could explain, she said I was at the wrong place in a rude manner.
They have no online services, they don’t know anything about the internet, and they are rude when talking on the phone.

The worst service when you wait in will calls department. They don’t even ask who is next, they see you standing in line and don’t even ask nothing most of the time. If you need material you need to come one day! Before for you to work on your jobs. Take a note of that
