Let me start by saying that I would rate 10 stars if I could. Not only did they respond super fast to my questions, but Johnny also took the time to call me and explain the NEC ratings for the wires I was inquiring about. Lighthouse electric then realized the job was done faster and they automatically adjusted the bill to fit the actual time they worked in my home, that’s what I call being honest and that’s how every company should operate. Lighthouse Electric is now my go-to for all of my electrical needs.

The 2 people that worked in my home were Junior and Nick and they did an excellent Job.

Johnny is a very nice and experienced professional who came out on short notice due to an electrical emergency. In my case, my breaker seems to have tripped a strange way and shut down my kitchen fridge (and a microwave and a few outlets). He was able to fix the issue and put my sockets back in order after my boyfriend had tried to "look at the issue" himself (mostly by taking out a working and non-working GFCI outlet each). After quickly getting my kitchen working again, Johnny swapped one of my very old GFCI outlets with a new one and was nice enough to teach us a little about what was going on.

The night after he left, I flipped a switch and another circuit blew out. As it turns out, my condo is wired very poorly (honestly not a shock; a lot of corners were cut as I've been finding out since I've lived here) and I called Johnny back. He was very responsive and kept good communication, coming back out as soon as he reasonably could to help me get (and keep) my house powered. Johnny also tried a few extra things to help confirm diagnosing the issue and possibly prevent other issues from coming up while he was here.

Bottom line: Johnny knows what he's doing, is professional, and has great communication. He went above and beyond with professional service and I would definitely call him again.

I 100% believe these guys were life savers for my little family. They just recently came and replaced all of our stuff that was out of code, and professionally educated us and our landlords about what was going on. We had 3 small fires start in our house and we had to have the meter removed completely because our situation was hazardous!!! They were fast and sufficient. Amazing all together. John really helped us out in such a big way. Thanks you guys!!!!

I highly recommend Johnny and his crew! I had them replace the main electrical panel and it went very smoothly. Great communication--The work was done quickly and efficiently. Everything worked a-ok on the first try. I would choose them again. You should too. Don't hesitate--Move forward with these guys and just get the job done and over with and move on the next thing. Couldn't be happier with how everything went. They were even able to put in some extra lights and an extra outlet in the garage that were much appreciated.

I had such a wonderful experience, I will definitely be a repeat customer! I called Johnny at about 8 o’clock on a weeknight. He got back to me right away and got me set up with Oscar, who was at my house within 30 minutes and took care of the problems immediately. Sent an email about getting a new electrical outlet installed in my garage and promptly got a reply from Johnny. After a short exchange I got a quote which was the most competitive of the electricians I reached out to. His guys arrived on time and did the work remarkably quickly and professionally. I reached out to this business based on their good reviews and was not disappointed. I needed repair of the main electrical feed to my meter. Johnny walked me though the repair steps on the phone, helped coordinate with the utility company, and minimized the time I was without service. Lighthouse completed the work when promised, in the time frame estimated, and within the cost range quoted. The electricians were courteous and professional. Communication was great, and invoicing was simple to handle electronically.

Come home on a Saturday night to find my fridge and several lights. Called and spoke to Johnny and he did some investigation over FaceTime and was able to get my fridge running from another outlet.

Oscar came out a few days later and was able to get all of my issues resolved. Excellent service and will definitely be calling them again for any future electrical needs.

Called Lighthouse Electric last week to troubleshoot a main breaker issue at our residence. They were very responsive and sent out a technician (Oscar) the same day to troubleshoot the issue. After isolating the issue, he determined that it was the main circuit breaker that needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, he did not have the replacement part at the time but came out the very next morning and replaced it. Huge shoutout to Oscar's professionalism and attention to detail. We definitely need more companies like Lighthouse Electric. Based on my experience, if you need electrical work done, I would highly recommend Lighthouse Electric.

Johnny is great! Thought we needed an electric stove repair, but turned out to be an electrical issue. Found Lighthouse Electric and Johnny was fast with responding to the request and showed up an hour or so later. He took a look at what the issue was and got it fixed for us and even took care of some wires that were not secured away. Highly recommend giving them a call if you need electrical work done!

My pool pump stopped working after a thunderstorm and Johnny was very professional and came the very next morning to solve my electrical issue with the pump. He left everything very clean and I was back up in running in no time!!! Happy girl here 😊😊😊😊

They also facilitated resolution of a permitting issue with CenterPoint Energy, resulting in full power restoration by early evening. Their service was exemplary, with no upselling or unexpected charges beyond the initial agreement.

Johny was great! He was professional, prompted in communication and offered really competitive pricing. The work was neatly done, in a timely manner and they also cleaned up well after themselves. I would definitely come back to them again for future electrical work!
