Needed a capacitor for our AC and they had the part in stock and sold at a price comparable to Amazon. In and out quickly.

Over charged. Very slow service. Don't be in a hurry when you go in. The longest countet wait in the industry. Literally waited 50 min.

Terrible customer service called for availability and price for a evaporator coil for a high velocity system told us they had in stock and gave a reasonable price over the phone went to pick it acted like they didn't know what we were talking about and said they have to special order it and quoted a price about six times higher than they gave over the phone they just make prices as they go very unorganized place will never go back to this place again.

Helpful guys stayed open an hour late for me and helped me get the right product with good advice. They were making up prices on the spot but worth it to get late evening service.

Take your defective part/s with you and Uncle will help get you squared away and out the door asap. Prices are a bit high, but there's not many places that will sell to the public. The places that do sell to the public are charging much higher prices for parts.

RUDE!!!!! I called this place after being referred by another wholesale only place. I asked if they had capacitors in stock. I was immediately cut short by a rude man with a thick accent demanding to know who would be installing my capacitor by name. As I explained that it was none of his business I was told to take my business elsewhere and the call ended.

This place is the worst AC supply, take my advice and go somewhere else they are arrogant BS, overpriced don't waste your time there, don't forget time is money they don't deserve any stars to be realistic if you don't beleive go and check them out don't forget there are more providers around with muchhhhh better customer service, People who knows how to treat people, I recomend this places:

They can be really busy, but with a little patience, you will find what you need. I searched everywhere and this place had the fan part I needed for my AC unit. I would recommend this place.

Walked in with old part and they matched up one at a fraction of the price from elsewhere. 5 min tops and I was out the door.
