Truckers, I got here at 7am I got helped right away
The unloader, nice guy, but that's me, I don't know what you gonna get!

If you are a contractor, and if you have any other option, please don't come to this one. It doesn't matter if they are busy or slow, you'll be stuck here for at least one hour and end up with the wrong items! Then you'll have to go back to the counter sale to change the ticket and get back in line again! Elliott supply is good, but this location sucks!

Edited: They are getting a lot better these a few months, my to go place now without any problem.

Slowest supply store in town. You'll wait forever to get any material. It's weird cause any other supply house you're pretty much in and out very quick. They have so many employees standing around. I also don't get the point of counter sales, they send you to will call to wait. Never coming back to this location.

Lifesavers!! I really appreciate the great service at Elliott Electric today! I was unsuccessful in finding 3 replacement EATON breakers for my panel at home in the big box hardware stores (all 3 retailers in Houston), but "D" was able to find them in stock at the Westland location today! We now have heat & power is restored!! Thanks for being there while many other businesses are shut down due to the winter storm hitting our Houston area we will be sleeping warm tonight! Highly recommend this location!!

Don’t be in a hurry to pick up anything here, because no one is in a hurry to help you or pick your order. Plenty of people wondering around, but no one actually doing much. I suggest ordering any in stock, on the shelf item at least 24 hours in advance. UNBELIEVABLY SLOW! I do not recommend

One of the best experience at this supply house. Vinny was one of the best salesman I've ever had, He was patient enough to listen to exactly what all I needed and recommend me few options which actually did ended up saving me quite a bit on my material list I would definitely recommend working with Vinny, He can help and guide you towards newer and quicker your ways of getting jobs done

I spent time in 3 stores and went on line to Amazon trying to find what I needed. The last electric supply company that I went to, suggested that I might want to try City Electric. I called them and sure enough, they had exactly what I needed at a great price. The young man that I talked to was extremely nice and helpful. I will go out of my way the next time that I need something to support this establishment! It was worth going there!

they hung me up on me when I was trying to get some parts for no reason

I have been to Supply stores nation wide with them all being the same, they dont know who I am, it takes sometimes hours for my material to be found and or hiding on a truck somewhere. However at this location, I walked in they had everything prepped/ready AND THEY EVEN HELPED LOAD MY VEHICLE. The store was clean with lots of toys for guys like me to spend some money on. I am highly pleased, Thank you Ryan Douglas and crew.

Every time I have went in there Vinny has been on point and very resourceful today I needed a contactor and a overload he found one for the specs I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I had it in a timely manner I will recommend going to this store for any electrical needs
