Jacob was the 4th electrician to come to my house to try and figure out my electrical issues. He found it within the first hour of being at our home. Very professional and personable. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about this company, especially Jacob, one of their electricians! I used them as a second opinion for a ceiling problem in high ceiling LR and glad I did! My first estimate was miss diagnosed but Jacob was able to fix the real problem and save me a lot of money.

We called Red Nova because we were have some electrical issues. Jacob came out to the house. He was extremely knowledgeable and let use know that everything looked good at our house. I assure you Jacob and Red Nova are on my list of keepers.

The Electrician Jacob arrived on time, very knowledgeable and he detected the problem in a matter of minutes. I have never had a good and honest electrician until today. Red Nova Energy was the service under my home warranty plan. I was expecting the same old I have fixed it but it was NOT repaired. Eliud Monteil was awesome. He was very kind and respected me and my home. He worked at a pace in which he could explain to me what he was preparing and why. Something that no other electrian did until today. The response to my breaker issue was scheduled quickly and on my schedule. I can't not truly express my gratitude for the customer service but have to say Eliud took home the prize. Don't hesitate to use him and this provider.

Mariano and team are totally on top of it...pricing, responsiveness and communication, quality of work - can't be beat. I had a unique job for the team, outfitting a barndo with interior wiring supplied by an exterior transfer box connected to a generator. Mariano worked with me and the challenging location (no driveway, lots of rocks, out in the middle of nowhere!) to get this job done right the first time. He and his team work quickly, and he's extremely knowledgeable. Mariano is able to answer any questions you have - and has likely accounted for the answers before you even asked :) Will definitely be relying on this crew in the future for additional electrical needs. Mr. Jacob Gutierrez of Red Nova Energy finally solved the electrical problem in my house after two different electrical companies were not able to fix the problem. This is my first time using Red Nova Energy and I am very impressed by Jacobs knowledge and professionalism. His helper Yudet was also very good at his job. Jacob and Jose were professional and on time! Great guys and very knowledgeable. Jacob explained what the problem was with living room ceiling fan. Red Nova Energy made sure to communicate and follow up with me every step of the way (part was on backorder). Once my part came in, Jacob and Jose came back out and installed it. Red Nova Electric has been to my home twice now. I would like to commend Eliud & Jacob, the two that came out to resolve electric issue. Both of these men went out of their way to give great service. They also gave me a few electric safety tips which were greatly appreciated in response to some of my questions. They are both very knowledgeable and did a great job. I will recommend this company to anyone needing any electric service. A lot of experience and very nice people.

Jacob and Hugo are not only the BEST technicians at Red Nova Energy but in the Houston land area as well. They provided A1 service. They were on time, professional and experienced. For the moment Red Nova Energy’s office contacted me (via my home warranty company) they were professional & a pleasure to work with. The electrician, Jacob, was just as professional. He explained everything thoroughly so I could understand the problem & what needed to be done to fix it. Jacob also has a great personality! I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience w/this company & Jacob, deserved to be recognized for their wonderful service. If I have electrical issues again, I will definitely use them!!

They came promptly. They found the problem (which had flummoxed many) and repaired it immediately. An ongoing problem has been eliminated. And my house isn’t in danger of burning down. Worth every penny.
