My experience with FSI Inc. was nothing short of remarkable! From the professionalism during our initial phone call, to scheduling and service! I highly recommend! Will definitely use again for future home improvement needs.

FSI is my preferred vendor for all projects... Big and small! I have utilized their services for everything, includiung but not limited to: major foundation repairs, fire restoration and major electrical repairs. FSI has earned the respect of Insurance Companies and City Inspectors... This makes for a seamless process when getting projects completed. The quality of work and service always meets or exceeds expectations. I would recommend FSI time and time again!

Large apartment (+300 units) owner here. Do not hire this company to perform work at your community. They do not pay their subvendors and you will get liens on your property. FSI currently owes a subvendor in excess of $40,000 for work performed at my community, and I am the one footing the bill. Learn from my experience and do not do businses with this company.

Honest Review / Warning for Other Subcontractors
Our company was hired by FSI Construction (contact: Paul Denmond) to complete work on multiple projects. We completed the first job and had a difficult time receiving payment, but eventually were paid after repeated follow-ups.

Unfortunately, the same issue has happened again. We have fully completed another project, yet payment has not been made, and our calls and emails to Paul Denmond, Caitlin Kim, and Amber Whitaker in accounting have gone unanswered.

This kind of non-responsiveness and delay in payment causes unnecessary hardship for subcontractors and small businesses like ours. We’re sharing this experience to warn other contractors and vendors to be cautious when working with FSI Construction and to help encourage them to address their payment and communication practices.

We’re still hopeful FSI Construction will do the right thing and resolve this matter promptly.

I love Shawn and his company. Sk Construction did an exceptional job updating our Master bathroom. The quality of workmanship, patience to my indecisiveness, and his professionalism for handling unanticipated events are amazing. We will be using SK Construction for future remodeling projects.

This company helped me fully remodel my new property in Pasadena.
I met with Sean for a free consultation meeting, he was the only one out of 5 different contractors that gave me the quote on spot at the first meeting.
He helped me to bring ideas and create solutions for the problems I had, and make it work under my certain budget.
The entire crew was very polite and respectful, they worked very clean and professional.

We chose to work with Sean and SK Houston Constructions to renovate our bathroom because we had a great experience with them a year ago when they remodeled our kitchen (I still love it!) The bathroom is beautiful. We are very please with the design and with the very professional work. Also they were responsive to my questions and concerns, giving me quick answers and explanations as well as help in determining several changes in the plans. We are altogether happy with our new bathroom. We would highly recommend them for your home.

This company really did a great job. The owner Sean is extremely customer service oriented , he literally is so happy when his customers are happy with his team. He is a hard worker and so easy to work with. The team remodeled our master bathroom, kitchen and 2 bathrooms upstairs. I was so amazed that it took them 1 week less than the contracted date to complete. Even after completion I had some questions and minor issues ofcourse Sean responded right away with his team. The young man Carlos that did our tile work in the bathrooms did an amazing job. Kevin was our service manager and he was absolutely great. He responded anytime I had questions. If you want a company that listens to your needs and concerns this company is the way to go. I love my kitchen so much especially my pantry. I literally gave a Sean a picture from Pinterest the pantry I wanted and that’s exactly what I got!! Just amazing work.

Outstanding process, recommendations and quality of work. They are the best we have seen over many years of home renovations and remodeling. Very very responsive to any questions we had during the project. I highly recommend them for any projects at your home. The quality and attention to detail is second to none.

With SK they just did the work total garage built in 4 days. Fast and actually did what we asked. Most important kept within our budget. Very satisfied!
