SK Houston remodeled pretty much our entire downstairs. It was the most stress free project we undertook thanks to Tom and his team. They replaced all of our flooring, built out a gas burning fireplace and chimney, gutted the kitchen, took out multiple walls and made our house beautiful. We had gotten a few quotes from others and none of them could match the timeline Tom gave us. He was very responsive, professional and hands on during the entirety of the project. His entire team was very helpful. We had a vision for our house and Tom, Amy and SK team made our dream come to reality. If you’re looking for any sort of home improvement project, Tom & SK Houston are awesome!!

It is a must that I come on here and share with everyone my experience working with Sean and Yhonathan on my first ever business purchase. Anyone who has taken this step in life knows how challenging and scary the building process can be. Sean and Yhonathan one day walked in my bar and seen the convent in my face he was aware of all the hard work and effort we have put in the place however it wasn’t quite ready to be presented in its best form. I noticed then scanning the room and without missing a beat or even asking for it he immediately suggested tips on what we can do better he was able to spot our weaknesses quickly he suggested we upgrade the floors and knowing I was a new business owner he was extremely fair with me on pricing and some would say he pretty much did it for free. Not only are these guys extremely careful clean neat and very communicative which is important to me they showed so much care for the job and put max effort made sure every step of the way was thorough and detailed. I found these guys on Facebook back in June and decided to reach out to them for a quote. Tom, the project manager promptly reached out to me and we set up a date for him to come out. I was very impressed with him because he gave me a quote on the spot! I didn't have to wait for weeks like I did with one contractor. After our consultation I already knew they had my business. Unfortunately we weren't able to start the project when I wanted because my AC unit had other plans. Tom not only understood but he kept in contact with me until I was finally ready. So fast forward to October 27th...the day the project begins. Everyone showed up on time!!! Jonathan and Juan were absolutely amazing. I really can't say enough good things about them. They're just good people! These are the type of guys you want representing your company. So here we are, November 7th...the final day. I was hesitant at first to hire a contractor off of Facebook. You always hear horror stories how some take your money and run lol. This isn't the case, these guys are the real deal, they're legit. I can honestly say this has been a great experience and I'd recommend them to family and friends without hesitation. Quality company, quality work! Very happy customer 😊

Great company! Communication was always timely, which gave me a lot of peace of mind—especially since that can be a concern when working with contractors. They also used incremental payments, so I always felt comfortable knowing the work would continue as planned.

The fireplace looks fantastic, and I’ve already received so many compliments. They were also able to create custom shelving and modify my cabinets exactly the way I wanted, which I really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience! Thank you Tom and SK construction

KBM Builders did an outstanding job on my kitchen remodel. The entire process from estimate to completion was very smooth and Kenny's crew did a great job. Kenny was always communicating with me and keeping me up to date with the schedule, something that was essential as my wife and I have 3 young children.
The end result was better than we could have expected, I have to give Kenny and his painters credit where its due. They provided my worn out cabinets with the best paint job possible. My cabinets are factory smooth and look brand new!
Needless to say, I know who I will reach out to in the spring when its time to remodel my master bathroom.

Kenneth understood our vision for the upgrade of our staircase. He was professional and in regular communication with us. He took personal charge to acquire the materials that were needed and in the end we were happy with the look of our “new” staircase.

Kenneth was great to respond to my yelp request quickly. After speaking he notified me that their firm does not do this kind of work but made a referral to Kinda Nice who were very responsive and excellent to work with as well.

HIGHLY recommend. He managed to fix all of our nessecary repairs within our tight budget. We actually got more fixed than we initially thought we could. Also super speedy, finished quite quickly. They did a thorough inspection and found a broken pipe and mold we didn't even know about. Super appreciative and will definitely be using them again in the future for when I want to do more repairs or large projects!

Very satisfied his company does lot of different repair he is now my contractor KBM came to my house on Tuesday had to measure for skylight special size 48×52 he had to have it special made on Friday he called me and said he would come out about 1:30pm and install it he did this in 2 hours I was very impressed because he had to remove singles and put water proofing filt and sheet metal shill to protect water from coming into the house replace some singles also caulking and spray paint the base of the skylight the same color of the roof thank you KBM job well done.
