I'm trying to leave reviews on all platforms for Systemized Inspections, I have never felt this way really about anyone but because I am a first time home buyer I was so excited that I got an inspection company to come out and look at the property needless to say it was the worst experience ever, broken spirits and all I came across D'Andre Henderson he came highly recommend, without hesitation I called him up and was all great from beginning to ending, he is very knowledgeable, satisfied my ignorance to all of the inspection aspect. Will be using Systemized Inspections for my next property investment...Thank You, Thank You💖💖

After reviewing TREC certifications and reviews we called Systemized Inspections (De'Andre). He gave us a no-hassle quote over the phone and after we agreed, he gave us a list of available dates/times. He also provided a rundown of what we should expect on the day of the inspection.

On the day of the inspection, he showed up at the scheduled time he had brought us a very informative inspection booklet. After a little friendly banter, he immediately got to work on the inspection. I promised to stay out of his way but wanted to be close enough to ask questions. He welcomed my questions and answered them very knowledgeably. He checked the house methodically and looked over the entire roof, and every wall, inside and out. He pointed out areas of concern (and these were also documented on his final report).

The entire experience was extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend De'Andre to anyone who is looking to have a house inspected.

We chose to be present while he worked and he would point out need to know things as he went along; as well as cool features that would have taken us forever to figure out.

He was very thorough and explained everything so we could feel confident in our next steps. He answered questions while he worked and did so with a smile.

DeAndre' did all of this during Houston's snow/freeze crisis 2021. At the last minute we asked him to reschedule with an earlier date during the weekend and he did so knowing the week ahead wasn't looking good. He lost power but kept in contact with us and made our report a priority when he didn't have to. The inspection process can be stressful but DeAndre' ensured that it was smooth and easy.

I messaged this business needing an inspection in less than 48 hours and received a message back almost instantly. We got an inspection scheduled for the next morning. The communication throughout the onboarding process and payment was quick and easy. I had a question for my inspector and was able to get in touch with him and he also responded almost instantly. He was even at the home a half hour before the inspection which was impressive. We received the report back within 7-8 hours of the appointment and it was very detailed, organized and on point.
